Pros
Using Rippling is very easy. If I don't have my phone nearby, signing in from my computer is just as convenient. Checking past pay stubs, time-off requests and PTO is also really simple.
Cons
One minor annoyance is that if I forget to clock out, I have to enter the reason for editing my clock-in or clock-out time in two different places though it's honestly not a big issue.

Getting to training materials and checking paystubs is really convenient and I also appreciate knowing the platform is secure.
Cons
The two-factor authentication can feel a bit inconvenient, even though I understand it's there for security reasons.

“The best payroll experience”
Pros
Keeping up with HR tasks is really easy with Rippling. Payday is honestly one of my favorite parts because of the fun gif that pops up to let you know you got paid. I have used plenty of other payroll and HR platforms before this one and it stands out as the best by a wide margin.
Cons
As far as payroll systems go, this is the best one I have used. The only thing I'd still want is Slack notifications. It's possible I just haven't configured that on my end but it would be a really nice feature to have.

Pros
Having all the apps visible in one place is something I really enjoy. It's very easy to use and everything works really well overall. The whole app has been wonderful to use.
Cons
I honestly don't have any real complaints about it. There are times when the app doesn't work for me but that seems like it could be on my end rather than an issue with the app itself.

Pros
Whether you're a regular employee or an HR admin, the interface seems very user friendly. The org chart is especially useful, benefits are simple to review, open enrollment went very well and requesting time off is also easy. The email alerts are a nice touch too. Compared with the last similar platform I used, Workday, Rippling is on a completely different level.
Cons
It's honestly tough to come up with much to criticize, still I feel like timecard approvals could be a little more user friendly but that's a very minor issue.

“Strong onboarding with reliable payroll”
Pros
Rippling really stands out for automated employee onboarding, global payroll support, flexible workflow automation and a great set of financial tools. It brings HR, IT and payroll into one place and makes those processes much more efficient. That said pricing is not very transparent, a few integrations are still missing and support being limited to only English and French can be restrictive for international teams.
Cons
While it integrates with a wide range of applications some major integrations are still missing, including Oracle NetSuite and Square. That can be a real downside for businesses that depend on those platforms.
