User-friendly once initial setup is done

Pros

Once the initial company setup was completed, I discovered the application to be extremely simple and easy to operate and it freed up a significant amount of time that I previously spent creating reports manually.

Cons

Every organization operates with its own procedures and internal rules guided by logic and because this product is configurable rather than fully bespoke, not every aspect of my company's workflow could be accommodated exactly as it stood, consequently, I adapted our process flow to align with the system and I am pleased that I was able to integrate those changes smoothly without difficulty.

Simple interface

Pros

In my experience, the interface is exceptionally user-friendly and the attendance module operates very effectively, so I find it preferable to the older fingerprint systems.

Cons

I noticed that Runtime HRMS now supports remote attendance through the Runtime Workman mobile app which I find to be a convenient addition.
