“all-in-one HR tracking”
Pros
This HR platform helps our team keep everything organized in one system. All employee information stays in one place, attendance and leave are tracked properly and it also supports payroll calculations which makes day-to-day HR work much more manageable.
Cons
Itscustomization options are limited so it's not possible to adjust everything based on the company's exact needs. Reporting can also feel fairly basic at times specially when more detailed reports are needed.

“strong automations”
Pros
I love the way it brings simplicity, automation and employee self-service together in a single platform which suits our growing B2B team really well. The leave and attendance automation works smoothly and saves us several hours every week by removing the need for spreadsheets and constant back-and-forth emails. The self-service portal also makes HR far more efficient, since employees can manage payslips, update details, check attendance and submit expenses on their own. The payroll module is clear and dependable, automatically pulling the required data so payroll stays fast and accurate. Its Google Workspace integration is another big plus and helps keep our day-to-day operations joined. Also, the initial setup was simple enough that getting started took very little effort.
Cons
One area that still feels limited is reporting and analytics. Standard reports for leave, attendance and headcount are available but there is not much room to customize dashboards, explore deeper workforce planning, or view trends over time in a meaningful way. Having more flexible and visual reporting would make it more useful for management decisions. The expense management module does the job but it is still quite basic. It is missing features such as receipt OCR, multi-level approval workflows and integration with corporate cards. For teams that travel often or manage a lot of client-related expenses, this part could definitely be more automated.

“Makes work simple”
Pros
It keeps HR work simple and adaptive without missing the essentials.. it handles core needs like employee records, leave management and onboarding in a way that feels practical rather than overwhelming. I really value how it cuts out manual HR tasks and clears up the confusion around people data by replacing scattered spreadsheets and long email chains with one place for employee records and leave requests. It also means Im not constantly following up on approvals or rechecking leave balances which makes the whole process more transparent. That visibility across the team is especially helpful since managers can quickly check who's away and which approvals are still pending. Getting started was also quite manageable, from importing employee data to setting up basics like leave policies.
Cons
Even though it does the job well overall, a few areas still feel somewhat basic and could use more customization. More flexible filters and deeper analytics would make it much easier to pull useful insights without needing to export data elsewhere. I'd also appreciate more advanced reporting, better workflow customization some UI/UX improvements and stronger integrations.
