Pros
The interface really caught my attention, it's what makes this software stand out compared to others. The resume parsing works perfectly too.
Cons
I find it very frustrating that you can't choose multiple files when working on cover letters. That's definitely my biggest complaint about it.

I find it really easy to apply for any open roles within the company. It has a great range of features that make the whole process smooth. What I especially love is being able to find internal job opportunities. I've been using it regularly and overall, my experience has been great.

Pros
It's very user friendly system and it makes talent acquisition so much easier. Easy to use and managing candidates is way more streamlined, saving me so much time. The search tools are really powerful, so I can find exactly what I'm looking for. Everything about the design is user friendly and all the features make finding the right candidates feel almost effortless. It's definitely made my whole recruitment process much better.
Cons
It can be really slow sometimes especially when I'm trying to load profiles and job postings plus it slows down my workflow when I'm trying to move quickly through candidates and the analytics are pretty basic and I wish there were more detailed metrics to help me understand candidate trends and performance better.
