The software is simple to use for clients and provides an in depth report with useful, practical insights and tools for growth. I find this to be the best product available because of its simplicity. I am a coach and have use this with my clients with positive results every time!
Cons
The only con is that it is not well known, which requires me to explain why I believe it’s a better more useful product. The Tilt365 team provides all the marketing material I need and is always available if I have questions.

Getting started with it was easy and it explains the results really well. I wanted a better picture of how I see myself compared with how my direct reports, peers and managers see me and it delivered on that.

A full one year subscription is included which gives clients plenty of time to keep using the tool and receive additional feedback throughout the year.
Cons
The 365 report is quite detailed and clients can struggle to get through the whole thing. As a coach I usually guide them on which sections we should focus on together so it doesn't feel too overwhelming.
