Tribune Features
Organizational Chart
The platform automatically generates a dynamic org chart, providing a visual, up-to-date map of reporting lines. This is powered by the Master Table, a central database that consolidates all employee data, replacing spreadsheets and creating a single source of truth.
Matrix Teams And Guilds
This feature allows users to create and visualize cross-functional project teams with dual reporting lines. It automatically calculates resource allocation, providing managers with clear insights into workload distribution and talent deployment across the organization.
Leaves And Absences Management
This module automates time-off management with a flexible builder for custom absence types. Employees submit requests through a self-service portal, and upon approval, the system automatically updates a shared calendar, eliminating significant administrative overhead for HR and managers.
Contracts Management
Designed for a global workforce, this feature manages diverse contract types across different legal entities and currencies. It provides automated notifications for key dates like expirations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk for companies with international or remote team members.

Mid-Market, 500+ employees
“simple matrix org chart”
Pros
The organizational chart tailored for matrix-style teams is exceptionally simple and in my experience more convenient than any I've found. Also the system enables assigning staff to specific products and projects and subsequently retrieving historical workload information via the API which is invaluable for analysis. It also handles multi-contracting and multiple currencies, a critical capability for our globally distributed team and the support team conducts deeply detailed requirements analysis, demonstrating true customer-development in each interaction rather than vague promises to 'improve this someday'.
Cons
At this stage I'm still in the process of exploring the product and assessing how well it fits our workflows and longer-term needs.
