“the most complete character development platform I’ve used
Pros
I have been using the True Tilt Personality Profile for roughly 10 years across executive coaching engagements, leadership development programs, and team interventions. What continues to set it apart is the character strengths foundation. Unlike assessments that box people into a fixed type, the TTP identifies natural preferences and then gives individuals a clear, practical path to develop all 12 character strengths over time. That shift from “this is who you are” to “this is where you start, and here is how you grow” changes the entire coaching conversation. The assessment itself takes under 10 minutes, which makes adoption easy with busy executives. But the depth of insight in the report consistently surprises people. The Unique Amplifier feature, in particular, gives clients language for their personal brand that resonates immediately. What I appreciate most as a practitioner is that the entire Tilt365 suite runs on one coherent framework. Individual profiles, the Agility Growth Tracker, and team analytics all share the same language and visual model. That continuity is rare in this space and makes it far easier to scale development work from one leader to an entire organization. The science behind it is solid. The 2025 technical report shows approximately 70% test-retest consistency over intervals up to three years, with strong convergent validity. For coaches and HR leaders who need to defend their assessment choice to stakeholders, that matters.
Cons
Like any strengths-based assessment, getting the most out of it requires a willingness to go beyond the initial report. The real value shows up when individuals and teams commit to revisiting their results over time, which means the platform rewards organizations that are already oriented toward ongoing development rather than one-time measurement.

“insightful self awareness tool
Pros
One thing I noticed right away was how fast it is to complete, almost to the point of seeming too simple at first. But once I got the results, there were several surprisingly deep truths in the readout along with useful insights and ideas for how to work on them. It serves as a really valuable lens for understanding myself and how my inner world comes through.
Cons
Like any assessment in this category it is not going to be 100% accurate and that is not really the point. The user still has to sort through the results, recognize which insights are the most meaningful and keep the rest in proper perspective.

“positive experience
Pros
Something that really stands out about it is how it draws on timeless wisdom and expresses it in universal, accessible language that connects with people across different cultures, beliefs, political views and life experiences. It opens the door to meaningful conversation and reflection, going as deep as someone is willing to explore. The tools do an excellent job of reflecting a person's core motivations and patterns especially the ways they may overuse or underuse some of their strongest character traits when under stress. A lot of people are genuinely surprised by how accurate and revealing the Profile is especially considering it only takes about 6-7 minutes to complete. Another strength is how well the suite scales from an individual profile to a 360 review, team climate shifts and even intentional organizational culture development, all while staying grounded in one consistent model. It creates space for personal growth, stronger partnerships and healthier group dynamics. And honestly if humor is truth shared in unexpected ways, then this makes the process genuinely fun too.
Cons
I have very little to criticize about it. On the occasions when I've needed admin support like moving a previous client's profile into a new group, their team has been responsive, generous and very helpful.
