Theyre incredibly convenient since everything you might need is readily available. The LMS can be integrated for self-learning and paystubs and org charts are conveniently located in one place. Additionally it provides a link for vacation leave approval when necessary.

The standout aspect is the people. UKG consistently provides top-notch support and relationship management. Even during challenges we always feel well-supported.
Cons
Currently the only downside I see with UKG is the transition between representatives in their support structure which seems to be undergoing refinement and implementation. While we appreciate all our representatives theres been more turnover than Id prefer.

UKG Pro offers a cost-effective HCM solution with extensive features allowing for customization with configured fields. Its manageable internally without dedicated engineering support and offers fantastic options for connecting with other systems leveraging HR data.
Cons
There are a few areas that I find deficient with the primary one being the user interface. The UI feels outdated and frankly a bit overwhelming for occasional users. Additionally Ive experienced disappointment when trying to implement new features/modules only to encounter significant limitations (e.g. HR Service Delivery doesnt update the Core database resulting in dual entry issues which is incredibly frustrating).

UKG Pros strengths lie in its cost-effectiveness modules integrations user-friendly interface security platform global support and overall organization.
Cons
When we wanted to utilize their Ulti-Time Mgmt for timesheets they were in the process of phasing out that module so we had to transition to their Ulti Time and Attendance module. Apart from that minor hiccup I have no other complaints about UKG Pro.

I havent noticed any differences between the old and new apps weve used.
Cons
Direct support for our company is lacking. I hadnt faced any significant issues until they upgraded to the pro version. My password expired and when I tried to create a new one it didnt recognize my current password which is necessary for generating a new one. The new app runs significantly slower compared to the old one. Im puzzled as to why they would switch apps when theyre essentially the same setup.

We made the switch to UKG because they offer a more robust payroll and timekeeping system particularly with the scheduling functionality provided by UKG Workforce/Dimensions.
Cons
The core functionality of the system is reasonably straightforward but once you venture beyond the basics it becomes complex and requires extensive training through UKG University or trial and error to figure out. Some of their documentation is outdated and you can discern that certain parts of the system were hastily built to get the job done lacking in quality control. For instance there are some fields that remain hidden unless you enter the edit view. Support is helpful although response times for non-urgent matters can be slow at times. We bank with a smaller institution and UKG isnt optimized to work seamlessly with them.

Cons
There are specific areas within UKG Pro where it would be beneficial to have an automated process for updating information on designated dates such as allocations and local tax adjustments. For instance we reside in Indiana which implements local tax withholdings as of January 1st. However when employees relocate to a different county and submit a new tax form the request must be postponed until year-end. Additionally we have several labor allocations tied to specific time frames that require manual updates.

There is no major difference.The new app we switched to is practically the same as the old one.
Cons
I'm disappointed with the lack of direct support from the company. Everything was fine until they "upgraded" to the "pro" version. I tried to create a new password since mine expired, but the system doesn't recognize my current one, which is necessary to make a new password. The new app also runs much slower compared to the old one. I don't understand why they even changed apps when they had the same setup before.

UKG Pro is a cost effective HCM solution that offers a wide range of features and allows for customization. It doesn't require a dedicated engineer to administer, and with some creativity, you can do interesting things with it. The options for connecting with other systems and leveraging HR data are fantastic, providing plenty of choices for integration.
Cons
There are a few areas that I find lacking, particularly the user interface. The UI feels outdated and quite overwhelming, especially for someone like me who doesn't use it frequently. Another frustrating experience is when I get excited about implementing a new feature or module, only to discover serious limitations. For example, HR Service Delivery doesn't update the Core database, resulting in dual entry issues which is incredibly frustrating for me.

Unfortunately Im stuck with it. The only thing I can easily find is my pay history. Everything else is terrible.
Cons
Everything about it is hard if not nearly impossible to utilize. Want to correct a typo in your quarterly goals? No chance. Need to specify the amount to direct deposit to your credit card? Not an option. Request vacation instead of sick leave? Forget it. Looking for the Save button to move forward? Nowhere to be found. Trying to review past goals? Maybe if you remember how to navigate the maze of screens (but dont expect to see all your goals at once�its not possible).

There are a few areas that I find deficient with the primary one being the user interface. The UI feels outdated and frankly a bit overwhelming for occasional users. Additionally Ive experienced disappointment when trying to implement new features/modules only to encounter significant limitations (e.g. HR Service Delivery doesnt update the Core database resulting in dual entry issues which is incredibly frustrating).

The core functionality of the system is reasonably straightforward but once you venture beyond the basics it becomes complex and requires extensive training through UKG University or trial and error to figure out. Some of their documentation is outdated and you can discern that certain parts of the system were hastily built to get the job done lacking in quality control. For instance there are some fields that remain hidden unless you enter the edit view. Support is helpful although response times for non-urgent matters can be slow at times. We bank with a smaller institution and UKG isnt optimized to work seamlessly with them.
