Pros
As a manager, I find the Manager Self Service feature gives our leadership clear, actionable insight that helps us make smarter staffing choices. I also really value the My Group directory because it lets managers monitor employee performance, pay, and other important details while comparing individuals against the wider team. The employee self-service side is great too, employees can manage their own records and access everything easily whether they're on the web or using the mobile app. The People Analytics tools are top-notch, particularly with Cognos Analytics working in the background to produce everything from comprehensive tables to simple, easy-to-read reports.
Cons
It seems the system has lost some functionality that used to be there and I definitely notice the gap compared to earlier versions. Most of our team know their roles well, yet their ability to rapidly process and close work orders could use improvement. We used to finalize transactions far more quickly without disrupting our service-level commitments.

Cons

Cons

What I appreciate about it is how it truly stands out: its workflows and approval processes are the best I've run into in any platform. It keeps everything HR-related centralized and its vendor partnerships make integrating and streamlining our HR and benefits processes simple for us.
Cons
its quite difficult to use when I'm getting started with the system. Even though the support ticketing system itself works well, I've seen technician response times stretch out longer than I'd prefer on some issues which can be frustrating when you need quicker fixes.

Using the interface felt really confusing and difficult and I was overwhelmed by tons of information that didn't actually help when I was trying to handle payroll accounting.
Cons
Vacation calculations are totally unreliable and I couldn't find any built-in reports that satisfy our Canadian compliance needs. What frustrated me most was the implementation team behaving as if Canada didn't exist. I genuinely think any Canadian company ought to steer clear of It.

I love the fact that we can do everything on a single platform, from managing PTO and vacations to posting job offers, scheduling, and approving timesheets.
Cons
The punch in and out system should be more straightforward for a platform of this size. It would be better to have a direct punching option like Agend rix instead of going through different channels to clock in for work. There should be an easier way. Additionally, the scheduling feature on the platform feels too basic at the moment.

I really appreciate that how all-encompassing it feels, consolidating every bit of employee information and payroll into one centralized place has genuinely smoothed out so many processes for me. The layout is easy to use and the support staff are excellent, which lets me handle HR responsibilities much more efficiently and frees up extra time for other critical business tasks and priorities.
Cons
When I first started using it, getting fully up to speed took quite a bit of time and along the way I've faced occasional glitches and periods of downtime that can be really annoying. I definitely think these stability and onboarding issues need attention, because addressing them would make the whole experience much more reliable and less frustrating for new users like me.

We were able to ditch our old, clunky system and get everyone migrated very quickly, it was completely effort-free. I really appreciate that it's entirely cloud-based and the options for integrating with third-party tools are dependable.
Cons
I find the backend isn't as refined as the frontend experience which sometimes shows. Multi-tenant capabilities feel like they're still a work in progress and extracting company-wide data eats up a lot of system resources which can be pretty aggravating.
