“best tool for document management
Pros
For my team, uploading documents happens very fast. The built-in templates have made creating new documents much more efficient, they save us a huge amount of time.
Cons
I find the software itself to be solid but my experiences getting help from this tool support have been hit-or-miss, sometimes they're helpful and other times the support falls short.

For our organization, the file management tools are outstanding. We manage everything smoothly from storing documents to running payroll, handling taxes, bringing new hires onboard and delivering compliance training. Connecting the platform to our other systems went smoothly and both our staff and admin teams say it's easy and easy to get around.
Cons
I've run into real headaches when trying to integrate with some systems, on several occasions I've ended up doing heavy builds and spending a lot of time troubleshooting, more often than I expected. The time-tracking functions also don't integrate well with healthcare EMR platforms which has been a constant pain when I'm attempting to make workflows more efficient. Also, I noticed that over-customizing employee landing pages causes load times to slow down noticeably.

Honestly I really value how comprehensive It is, it takes care of every payroll task I handle. The reporting tools are a highlight for me, they're notably powerful and help me pull meaningful insights and trends from our data.
Cons
the reporting side doesn't meet my needs. Time tracking works fine, but building practical, usable reports is a pain and feels very restricted. Considering how long this system has been around, I expected much stronger reporting that actually provides the team with the insights we need.

I find the interface very friendly and it lets me bring my team up to speed quickly without any real effort.
Cons
I've noticed the case logging process is embarrassingly slow, there are times when it feels like ages before I get a resolution or even any reply. On top of that, the automated emails they send back are pretty bare-bones, I'd much prefer if they included my original subject line together with the case number, rather than just giving me a standalone number.

Having round-the-clock access to the community has been a game-changer for me, there's an abundance of useful content and clear, step-by-step tutorials for building workflows. If I can't locate the exact answer there, a quick call to support always puts me in touch with someone patient who can guide me through the process.
Cons
The biggest drawback for me is not having direct, instant access to the Payment Services team. When I need time-sensitive help from them, I end up waiting for a callback which sometimes takes several days, and that delay is maddening when I'm under pressure to resolve payments quickly.

I've noticed the platform manages our workflows really effectively and I find the admin dashboard easy to use and use. It gives everyone more autonomy, colleagues can view their own accounts, while managers have clear insight into their teams' performance.
Cons
I've been pretty frustrated with the back-end support. I understand they recently went through a merger but when we contact support with questions the reps frequently say they don't have the answers and must escalate our issues. That delay ends up dragging out our everyday tasks and pushes back project timelines.

What really stands out to me is how flexible it is. When complicated problems come up, I usually find there's some workaround or fix available. It molds to our workflows effectively, and that adaptability has been essential for navigating the tricky scenarios we face.
Cons
The admin side can be a bit much and I definitely felt the steep learning curve before I became comfortable with the system. Also Dimensions still seems separate from PRO in my experience, I'd really like to see BI brought into Dimensions at some point to bridge that gap.

I've been blown away by how powerful it is, I can tweak so many settings and the onboarding crew was really helpful.
Cons
For me, the onboarding was too intense and chaotic because it tries to do everything at once. I found myself bouncing between several websites and juggling different usernames and passwords for each component which forced me to keep track of an overwhelming number of small details just to finish setup. Honestly, it's draining and could definitely be simplified.

the products is very felxible and they include a wide range of useful capabilities. There's clearly a lot of horsepower beneath the surface given the sheer number of features they offer.
Cons
We have been very let down by their customer support, every time we put in a service ticket it just sits unanswered with no visible progress or follow-up. The only time anything gets noticed is when we mark an issue as payroll-critical and even then the replies usually arrive far too late to actually help.
