The reporting capabilities in the core system are outstanding. With Cognos creating custom reports is a breeze and the ability to schedule and share reports is incredibly useful.

Im frustrated by the time it takes to complete simple tasks and the lack of test environments is concerning. The product and support have declined significantly making basic tasks cumbersome and support scarce.

I have nothing positive to say about this app its the worst.

Its overly complex even for someone like me whos tech-savvy. Having to download two separate apps instead of using one integrated platform like many other software options is incredibly inconvenient!

This software excels in every aspect from time and resource management to payroll and scheduling. The interface is excellent and seamlessly integrated.

Its not the softwares fault were just fine-tuning some scheduling aspects. Otherwise its been amazing.

I appreciate having a single platform that handles the various functions we rely on and it's so convenient to have everything centralized in one place.

Handling vacation approvals takes far too many clicks before I reach the right screen which is frustrating because it's the feature I use the most. I'd find it a lot more efficient if the notification emails included direct links that dropped me straight into the approval page.

There are times when I wish it were a bit easier to navigate certain areas but overall its manageable.
