“Good, but reporting and support are bad
Pros
The interface comes across as very interactive, I can move around it easily and tweak our business rules without fighting the system. One thing I genuinely value is being able to implement advanced options myself instead of having to open a support ticket every single time we want changes. Having been with the vendor for nine months now, I find that the platform meets our business needs pretty well. Previous rollouts were handled cleanly too, particularly when we implemented the compensation and benefits modules which went off without major issues.
Cons
The reporting and BI tools are a real struggle for me, they feel dated and appear designed more for technical analysts than for everyday HR users. You end up having to memorize a lot of backend details like query structures and exact field names, which isn't friendly for people who don't live in the data layer. Our timekeeping rollout turned into a nightmare largely because of weak support: the go-live was delayed twice and we're still uneasy about the third scheduled attempt. Our main contact missed meetings, failed to keep us updated, and at times seemed out of their depth. After we pushed back they did assign a new resource but that change only came after far too long and a lot of frustration on our side. If your company operates internationally, I'd recommend digging deeper before committing, I've faced hiccups with global support and it may not be as smooth for multi-country setups.

“Reliable long term partnership solution
Pros
Over the last five years the platform has played a key role in growing our company, and it's also made day-to-day work smoother and more enjoyable for the team. I've found them to be a fantastic partner and we continuously dedicate more time to their tools. What stands out most to me is how easily we can tailor the system to meet our organization's exact requirements.
Cons
Lately it's been increasingly difficult to secure resources for billable work. Right now we're dealing with roughly a two-month wait before a project can even begin which is really aggravating. To move things forward we frequently have to rely on external partners who are familiar with this toolto actually deliver the work.

“Flexible for Any Business Size

I really value how adaptable It is, it's easy for me to tailor it so it fits companies of any size or handles whatever level of complexity we need.
Cons
In my experience, support does a good job when they solve your issue right away but I've faced problems when cases are handed off between teams because the person taking over often isn't up to speed on what has already been tried or discussed.

“Good but confusing

I am glad I can manage HR data, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, timekeeping, benefits, performance management and tax filing all through one provider, even if it's split across many modules. The breadth of configuration choices is fantastic, though it does mean there's a substantial amount for system administrators to study, choose between and set up.
Cons
After the merger I found things became really confusing because there are multiple versions of what seem like the same tools, for example, several timekeeping products with almost identical names. When I reach out to support I frequently have to repeat which exact version I'm using and I get bounced between people before anyone can actually resolve my issue. On top of that, the heavy customization means it's hard for me to locate other users who have similar configurations to compare notes or share practical tips.

“awsome but hard to learn
Pros
I've seen digital transformation totally simplify how we run workflows and processes. Sending requests and getting approvals is super simple. Over time I've come to rely on this tool. it's been very dependable for our needs.
Cons
Being on the IT team, I'm really looking for stronger documentation and concrete examples for working with the API endpoints. I do understand the platform supports posting and fetching data so we can integrate with our broader organizational workflows, yet getting up and running proved fairly difficult without more detailed, practical references to follow.

Even as someone new to payroll, I find processing is simple when handling payroll tasks. The included standard reports and people analytics genuinely help me align our reconciliation process.
Cons

I've been largely satisfied with It because it serves as my single place for everything work-related. Having all the details I need consolidated in one spot is really handy and I like not having to remember or manage a bunch of separate login credentials.
Cons
One frustrating part of using it is the time-off entry which records everything in hours and can be pretty confusing. I have to be careful with what I enter, for example, a half-day off isn't selectable as "half day" so I must manually put 3.75 hours rather than a simple label, whereas a full day is 7.5 hours. Those calculations are easy to get wrong if I'm not paying attention.

I have found it to be very dependable, offering variety of solutions that cover virtually every HR challenge I face. There truly seems to be almost nothing I can't accomplish using this tool.
Cons
There's no denying the platform is loaded with features and modules which I appreciate but the onboarding is painfully slow and it takes ages to get fully up and running. Whenever I hit a snag or need clarification, support is frustratingly sluggish, I've waited multiple days just to have simple issues resolved.

The team we worked with during selection really stood out to me, they knew their stuff, were transparent about every detail and it felt like they genuinely wanted to find the best match for our needs. What I appreciated most was how fast they responded and the sense that they were aiming for a long-term relationship rather than just closing a single sale.
Cons
Deployment ended up being quite difficult, though to be fair I think that's true for almost any system we evaluate. We brought in an outside vendor to handle the configuration and that partnership proved to be more complicated than I expected. I can't fault this toolthemselves, however, they've been supportive and responsive throughout the whole journey which made a real difference.
