“Has what i need
Pros
I rely on it to keep all the key employee information I need, and I regularly use the reporting tools which are genuinely handy. Support has helped me when I reached out and there are plenty of learning resources for development.
Cons
the cost can climb quite high and if you're not taking advantage of the platform's full capabilities, I don't think you're getting the most value for what you pay. I really have to ensure I'm using every feature available.

The updated look of the program is visually appealing and more streamlined.
Cons
It took weeks to log into my account for PTO and customer service was unhelpful. Setup was confusing and ongoing issues persisted with payroll and HR.

I really like how tidy the admin area is, it makes getting around the system simple and very interactive.
Cons
However when my older staff use the timesheet portal, they get lost because its layout is confusing and hard for them to use and use effectively.

Transitioning to UKG PRO has streamlined our processes and improved the candidate onboarding experience. The customizable features allow for tailored setup and the support provided during the transition is invaluable.
Cons
The recruiting module lacks certain functionalities we need such as texting and grouping questions for job postings. Weve had to use external applications to meet our recruiting and onboarding needs.

“very disappointing experience
Pros
I'm pleased that the SSO functionality works reliably, so signing in is generally simple. That said, the 2FA setup is a real problem, SMS codes don't work properly here in Australia which may be okay for US-based teams but makes it practically unusable across APAC.
Cons
Honestly where do I start? The user interface is dreadful and not easy and it's caused constant frustration for our team. Even after filing multiple support tickets, managers still can't see the details of the people who report to them, yet somehow have visibility into everyone else's profiles across the company, including sensitive payroll information. It's baffling and worrying that those access controls are so inconsistent. On top of that, there's no option to split payments between different accounts, the two-factor authentication is unreliable and the system times me out far too quickly. I could keep listing problems, because the string of issues just keeps piling up.

Pros
Honestly, the layout makes getting around easy, whenever I sign in, locating what I need takes no time at all. I've also found submitting time-off requests to be very easy and fast which saves me a lot of effort.
Cons
I don't really have any major complaints. It would be great if the platform offered a few free stock image options, though.

It is capable and user-friendly for my everyday tasks. It covers everything from payroll processing to comprehensive BI reporting without hiccups. One thing I really like is that the team keeps rolling out new features and actually pays attention to user feedback, that makes me feel they're committed to continuous improvement. I also value having the flexibility to switch features on or off, which lets me introduce changes gradually and tailor the setup to what works best for our business.
Cons
the pricing can be a bit high. The platform itself is good and handles alot of HRIS tasks reliably but the higher price bracket may put it out of reach for smaller organizations trying to manage tighter budgets.

Cons
