“helpful but inconsistent
Pros
I like how well-organized everything is. Finding employee details is not difficult. There's an impressive variety of tools available and they keep rolling out new features regularly which keeps things fresh.
Cons
Making changes to sensitive employee data like pay rates and location details can be tricky. We've run into some glitches that required us to develop workarounds. There are also days when the system's performance drags noticeably.

“smooth user experience
Pros
It has really helped us handle HR data much more efficiently than before. What I appreciate most is how the user experience feels so much smoother compared to our old system. Having real-time reports and dashboards that actually sync well with our other tools makes a huge difference in day-to-day operations. Employees can easily navigate through and update their own information without constantly needing help. The Core HR features are easy enough that our team adapted quickly and actually enjoys using them now.
Cons
We have separate entities that run independently and the system struggles to handle all our requirements. The company seems focused on new RandD projects but isn't paying enough attention to their existing products. The Talent and Compensation module has quite a few limitations that forced us to rely heavily on customizations.

“solid tool but a few limitations
Pros
The product portfolio is impressive. There's basically a solution for everything I need to get done. Since I work in HRIs, I spend most of my time in the People Analytics tool and it's been great. The learning center has been helpful too, I've picked up skills to build some really solid reports and dashboards that our leadership actually uses to make important business decisions.
Cons
There are some annoying limitations that get in the way of what I'm trying to accomplish. With the ECM feature, I can't create workflows where I search and pick approvers using a people selection tool. I also can't map responses from multi-level datasets to PDF fields, which is really frustrating. These are just a couple examples of where the system needs to catch up so these roadblocks don't exist anymore. The data feed from Pro to other platforms also has restrictions that are limiting. I'd love to have custom configured fields automatically flow over to employee records in other systems like recruiting platforms but it just doesn't work that way right now.

“Excited about upcoming features
Pros
Finding my way around is not hard and the core data structures make sense without much explanation. Configuration options work well for our needs. I appreciate how it handles user-defined formulas for 401k and other deductions/earnings. The web payroll steps give you a clear view of where things stand in the process. Setting up integrations hasn't been too complicated. Platform config comes in handy when dealing with those unique company situations that pop up. Getting started was straightforward and didn't require much hand-holding. I'm excited about the upcoming recruiting and onboarding features that should boost interaction with applicants. It's clear they're evolving beyond just payroll by adding HRM functionality that helps companies stay current with how employees expect to be managed and heard.
Cons
The benefits section for open enrollment isn't very user-friendly and doesn't cover everything we need. The validation process during enrollment is pretty weak unless you upgrade to the prime version. Their talent management features feel outdated right now, though it sounds like the 2022 updates should address most of these issues.

Pros
I appreciate how team members can access and update their own information directly. With our old system, admin staff had to handle all of this manually. This platform makes everything simple, keeps track of changes and offers flexible access levels for different users.
Cons
There are parts of the system that you can't edit yourself and it's not always clear which changes need support tickets. This can really slow down my workflow when I have to wait for someone else to make updates that seem like they should be straightforward.

Pros
Customer service here is absolutely outstanding for HR systems. This platform really streamlines our automation processes and makes everything smoother for employees.
Cons

Vendor partnerships really sold me on this choice. Having everything from benefits and payroll to background screening all connected through their partner network made setup so much smoother for our organization. Plus, getting optimization and support through these same partnerships created a flawless experience that just made sense for us.

“Easy to find contacts
Pros
I really appreciate the people search feature, it makes finding contacts so much easier. The UTM interface is user-friendly. Being able to submit cases directly through the system streamlines our workflow considerably. The payroll gateway integration works seamlessly and saves us time on administrative tasks.
Cons
The BI functionality can be pretty frustrating to work with. I really wish it was integrated into the core system instead of being a separate interface, it would make more sense if it was just part of the standard reports section. Also, we really need the ability to impersonate employee views, which is currently missing.

Pros
Love how this system stays current with all the latest laws and regulations, that's something I can always rely on. Everything works together so smoothly since it's all integrated and having multiple products that connect makes my job much easier.
Cons
After being with this system for over 20 years, I sometimes struggle to keep pace with all the new features and updates. The learning curve can be steep for me, though I'll admit there are free training courses available that I should probably make better use of.

I'm really impressed with the new analytics capabilities that let me spot potential problems without generating separate reports. It highlights when terminated employees are still getting paid or when active staff aren't receiving their paychecks. This has definitely cut down on my workload and made everything more efficient.
Cons
The main issues I've encountered are not being able to discuss tax matters with the payment services team and how long it takes to resolve cases. If they could fix these areas, the overall customer experience would be much better.

All-in-one system has been great for our HR needs. My favorite part is definitely the onboarding module as it's cut down our paperwork time significantly and we've gone completely paperless. The survey feature is really useful too and I'm amazed that payroll now only takes us 4 hours to complete for the entire company.
Cons
The recruiting feature doesn't bring in as many job applicants compared to what we used before. I wish it could post openings across more job search platforms automatically. While the time tracking works better than our old setup, we've run into some problems with the year-end rollover process that's been frustrating to deal with.

Pros
I appreciate how many different modules this software offers. Being able to access multiple modules in my current position has really organized my workflow and made things much more manageable.
Cons
Getting resource assignments for new integrations takes way too long, especially during year-end when everything's urgent. I submitted service requests back in september for new benefits programs and I'm still doing manual files because nothing's been set up yet. It's frustrating that I can't just add integrations myself when we're constantly bringing on new hotels, having to wait for someone else to do it really slows things down.

Pros
The recruiting and onboarding features work really well for us and I appreciate how often they roll out updates and improvements. Performance review tools do exactly what we need them to do for our company.
Cons
The compensation module could really use some improvements and additional features. While the core system works well, I'd love to see some basic enhancements like being able to inactivate job codes so we dont have to scroll through such a long list every time. The benefits section is also missing some fundamental functionality that would make things much easier.

Cons

I find the system pretty easy to use and I really appreciate how it lets us set different security levels for our various business needs. The integration with other UKG platforms we're already using is perfect and makes everything work together nicely.
Cons
The quality of support really depends on who gets assigned to your case. While UKG has some excellent people, others clearly need more training. We get much better results when the experienced team members handle our issues, especially since we have technically skilled staff who know what they're talking about.

I really like having all my employee HR profiles, PTO tracking and payroll in one place. The integration with Greenhouse for recruitment makes onboarding smooth and the Okta sync streamlines our offboarding process nicely.
Cons
Complicated at the beginning and we're basically on our own to figure everything out. As a small company, it's tough because I'd need to bring on more people just to stay on top of all the features and functionality.
