Pros

I appreciate how this serves as a central hub where both employees and managers can access all the sensitive information we need. Everything from pay history and PTO balances to employee ID numbers and job descriptions is right there in one place, which makes things so much more convenient.

some features need to be manually activated which can be confusing at first. There's definitely a learning curve, especially when trying to view accrued hours, earned time and vacation usage together. Would love to see this kind of info displayed on the main dashboard instead of having to dig for it.

Pros

Easy to log in and view my latest paycheck. The interface feels way more intuitive compared to Workday too.

Cons

I mainly just check my paycheck through this and honestly don't really know what other features it has or how to use them.

“All my HR information in one place

Pros

I can access all my HR details from a single dashboard. Everything from benefits to payroll is right there when I need it. The mobile app is a nice touch too!

Cons

Navigation between tabs feels pretty complex and not very smooth. I find myself getting frustrated when trying to move back and forth. It just doesn't flow as naturally as I'd like it to.

“Not well laid out

Pros

It is cool how it keeps all our safety training sign-offs organized digitally. No more dealing with crumpled papers or messy handwritten signatures that are impossible to read later. From an HR perspective, it's so much easier than trying to scan and file everything manually. For our multi-location setup, being able to track each store's training progress in one place has been a game changer.

Cons

They need to improve. To mark someone as 100% complete, you have to finish the training, then hunt down the "on the job training" section and manually check that box. It's not laid out in a way that's intuitive for everyone. Also, not being able to reuse passwords after a reset is pretty annoying.

“Lots of amazing features

Pros

I like straightforward and functional this tool is. Given that it's available around the clock, I'd say it operates smoothly about 99% of the time. The company also puts some shared Ideas into practice. Often the service Request team can implement custom features we need for both the main platform and IBM Cognos Analytics. Regarding service disruptions, they send helpful emails explaining what's affected and when they expect to have things fixed. The twice-yearly updates are reliable and consistent and having all the release notes in one central spot makes them easy to share and reference. Their sIT and compliance updates function well too. The Customer success Portal is a valuable feature. The Community aspect is really helpful since many fellow customers are willing to lend a hand.

Cons

The most popular feature requests just sit there collecting dust. "Future Consideration" basically means they're ignoring us. Service interruptions happen way too often, especially with recruiting and onboarding stuff, which really kills productivity. They keep changing product names without updating any documentation so I'm constantly confused about whether it's HR service Delivery, UltiPro Employee Case Management or UKG Pro People Assist. Performance Management does its job but feels pretty basic since you cant add attachments, images or tables to reviews. Also frustrated that Cognos Analytics Dashboard support is so limited.

“Electronic document signing

Pros

The whole system feels solid and easy to use. What I love most is being able to have new employees sign their documents electronically. This has been a huge time and money saver for our company!

Cons

I can't really complain about much but the recruiting side could use some work. The whole "disposition" versus "send an email" thing trips me up. When you use the auto email feature, it shows up under disposition but if you manually send an email, it doesnt appear there which gets confusing.

I really appreciate how everything is consolidated into a single system, it makes my workflow so much smoother.

Cons

The cost for custom reports and data feeds is high and you end up waiting way too long to get them implemented once you're in their queue.

I find this really user friendly and the interface feels fresh and current. When you connect with the right support person, they get back to you fast.

Can get frustrating when payment and tax issues take forever to get sorted out, especially if you end up with a rep who can't actually help you with anything.

Makes applying for jobs very simple with the Indeed 'easy apply' feature.

I'm not a fan of the updated interface. The old menu system was much more straightforward to get around.
