Ongoing updates and features keep getting better, which I really appreciate about this platform.
Cons

Pros
Core HR system has a really clean, simple interface that's super user-friendly. From an employee perspective, it's intuitive to navigate. The business processes and functionality align perfectly with industry standards.
Cons
Might not work well for bigger companies that need really complex or customized business processes. Plus, it doesn't support having two separate jobs running independently.

Getting assistance when I need it is really quick and efficient.

“Offboarding module is needed
Pros
Makes bringing new team members on board really smooth and I love having all our documents stored digitally in one place.
Cons
Lack of an offboarding or cross-boarding module is really frustrating and setting up alerts feels way more complicated than it should be. I wish there was something similar to the onboarding process but for when people leave, like automated notifications that would tell the right people an employee is departing and needs to go through the offboarding steps.

Pros
I really appreciate working with our rep, Jess Kimmel. She's been absolutely outstanding to work with.
Cons
The payroll features leave a lot to be desired. Coming from Paychex PEO, I can see how much more functionality is possible. This system feels limited and isn't as friendly as I'd hoped.

I'm impressed by how much this platform offers compared to basic HRIS systems. Everything's bundled together on one site. The BI reporting features are really excellent and give great insights.
Cons
The time solutions were pretty tough to customize at first. During the sales process and onboarding, they didn't always explain the different modules and options clearly. Getting everything set up required way more input from us than other systems I've worked with.

The ATS integration has been a huge time-saver for onboarding and getting new employees set up.
Cons
Setting up profiles is not as simple. If there's an issue at the end, you can't just jump to that section and have to keep clicking back through everything.

I'm not happy with how this new system is working out for us.
Cons
Standard reports have been giving us major headaches and the timekeeping features just aren't living up to what we were promised during the sales process. Now we're dealing with issues around the Employee Retention Credit feature too.

Found it simple to understand and everyone I've dealt with has been helpful and quick to respond. Really makes a difference when you need support.
Cons
The setup process for ECM and EFM turned out to be quite challenging. I think it would've been better if they recommended going live first before we started building everything out.

I've found this to be one of the most user-friendly systems I've worked with. Feels easier to use compared to other platforms and my team actually complains way less about using the various features available.
Cons
Only downside is that occasionally customer service response times can vary, though they're usually pretty helpful when I do reach out.

The interface is really clear and user-friendly. I like being able to customize the benefits settings to match exactly what I need for my workflow.
Cons
The way benefit group changes affect 1095 C generation is frustrating. Setting up state taxes for new remote locations is a pain, especially when you dont want to assign an address to the location in case you hire more employees there later. There are way too many payroll tricks to remember when closing out year-end and too many steps that should be automated but aren't.
