Pros
Having payroll, HRIS and time tracking all bundled together in one place makes everything so much smoother for our operations.
Cons
Certain products like Perception feels clunky and hard to get used to. Plus, your only option for communicating with associates is through email

Pros
The admin interface is really simple to navigate, even when your just starting out with the software.
Cons
The reporting structure in BI could use some work when you're trying to build reports. Would be great if there was a search function to help find the data your looking for from the source while putting together reports.

The interface can be confusing when trying to figure out certain functions and the help documentation doesn't always provide clear guidance. When I need to handle tasks that don't come up often, it gets tricky because there are specific operational requirements that aren't immediately obvious.

This tool has really organized how we handle payroll at our company.
Cons
I get frustrated when I open a case and don't hear back for way too long. Sometimes 10 days or more. This happens alot with tax-related issues and it's really annoying.

Cons
The interface feels messy compared to what I was used to with ADP. When I need help, the support tabs are pretty useless and don't actually solve my problems. Overall, I find the whole system very complex.

I've been using this cloud-based HR software for a while now and it's really transformed how our department operates. It keeps me current on all the critical organizational matters, particularly when it comes to employee data management. The platform helps me strategically plan new hires by analyzing past circumstances and current workforce status. This makes filling vacant positions through our onboarding process much smoother. One feature that stands out is the payroll management system, which lets me accurately calculate and process payments through a completely transparent workflow.
Cons
Compliance implementation isn't very effective and when I reached out to customer support for help, they were extremely slow to respond. Also think they need to put more attention into their premium plan offerings.

Cons
The customer service definitely needs work. They don't really pay attention when dealing with customers and their response quality could be much better. Haven't had any major issues with the platform itself but there's clearly room for improvement overall.

Cons

Cons
The login process can be really frustrating. I often find myself trying multiple times before getting in successfully. The interface isn't very logical either which makes the whole experience feel clunky. It definitely takes a while to get comfortable with how everything works and I wouldn't call it particularly user-friendly overall.

The platform brings together so many different services from various departments. It's really comprehensive and the integration capabilities are impressive.
Cons
It is a powerful system but there are quite a few things we simply can't implement, which makes getting work done more complicated than it should be. Customer support is really helpful, though they often suggest workarounds that either break other features or are so complex that we end up just dealing with the limitations. We also hear complaints from executives about the user interface being less than ideal.

I really like how easy it is to manage my team's timecards and handle PTO requests that come through. Being able to add training info directly in the system is pretty convenient too.
Cons

Pros
Love how detailed it is. It covers everything our company needs across all modules. The paperless capabilities have been a game changer and it's made our new hire process so much smoother. Recruitment, payroll and performance management all work well together. What I love most is that they're constantly rolling out improvements and new features.
Cons
Not much to complain about right now. They're always rolling out updates and new features that make things easier for both admins and regular users. The merger between Kronos and Ulti should bring even more improvements down the road.
