Setting up our first HCM/HRIS system was crucial for collecting and managing employee data effectively. This platform is user-friendly, which helped us achieve excellent employee adoption rates quickly. From an admin perspective, maintaining and updating the system is simple. It was clearly designed with ease of implementation and configuration in mind. The support we received from implementation through ongoing use has been outstanding.
Cons
honestly, the implementation process was pretty smooth and I can see the database support from the provider is solid. Once everything's set up, extending the resource allocation queue is simple. You just need to update the paper specifications and you're good to go.

I found exactly what I was looking for, a dependable system that really understands my needs. The reports and data it provides give me valuable insights about my business operations. Customer service is responsive and knowledgeable whenever I need help. What really impressed me was the extensive coverage and functionality that goes beyond what I initially expected.
Cons
There's no option to add notes when you make changes to items in the system which makes it hard for team members to understand why something was modified or updated in the first place.

“Tough to build custom reports
Pros
I find it really helpful with all the employee self-service features. Staff can update their own profiles, tax info, direct deposit details and benefit choices without needing HR assistance. The custom reporting capabilities are great for providing senior management with exactly what they need. Being web-based makes everything accessible and the integration with our ATS and other systems works great.
Cons
Building custom reports feels complicated compared to other platforms I've used. The Cognos reporting tool is tough to navigate. You can't search easily and setting up filters is more difficult than it should be. There are also some gaps in the system that prevent smooth HR integration across all functions.

Appreciate having everything in one place including HRIS Core, Payroll, Recruiting and Onboarding. The integration with our background check vendor was easy to set up.
Cons
The reporting features are pretty limited. I wish there were more options available for tracking and analyzing data.

The homepage looks clean and you can customize it however you want. Finding things is pretty convenient with the search function. Everything feels easy to handle and their team was really experienced when it came to planning out the initial setup.
Cons
Their learning portal needs more development. Right now you can only upload stuff, not actually create content within the system. Also the training videos could definitely be better.

I can handle practically everything I need for HR tasks including tracking time, viewing employee records, checking org charts, managing benefits, accessing W2s and conducting annual reviews. What I really like is having all these functions in one centralized platform rather than in multiple systems.
Cons
Finding what you need can be tricky since there are so many features packed in. The layout feels a bit complicated at first and it definitely takes time to learn where everything is located.

The interface looks clean. It gives our company a polished, quality image that impresses clients.
Cons
Sales team doesn't really understand what the software can and can't do. They'll promise you the moon and tell you it handles everything. Then implementation comes along and breaks the bad news that half those features either don't exist or cost thousands extra to unlock. Don't even get me started on support. Your contact person will vanish without warning leaving you hanging for weeks. This cycle repeats at every level until you reach the "executive" team who just stop responding entirely.

“Support team refuses to acknowledge flaws

I like how everything integrates together and the convenience of having all tools in one place. The platform performs excellently most of the time, though there are occasional hiccups. When everything runs smoothly, I'm really satisfied with it but when problems arise, they can be quite disruptive. It's fantastic when functioning properly but the occasional glitches can feel almost devastating to productivity.
Cons
Things function perfectly one day then completely break the next, especially with the time clock system. When I contact support, they act like I'm making everything up and insist their software is flawless. I've dealt with time clocks refusing to register punches, then support acting like the problem doesn't exist when I call. The system keeps forgetting approver settings even after I reassign them, GL mapping gets scrambled (currently have an open case for this) and payroll calculates holiday pay wrong. These are just a few examples of ongoing issues.

Pros
What I love most about handling payroll here is that there's no mainframe to deal with! Everything calculates in real time and if I need to make adjustments, I can modify just one employee's data instead of scrapping the entire payroll and starting over.
Cons
The main issue I have is that benefits and deductions get lumped together in one section. When you need workflow approvals for editing or adding deductions, there's no way to distinguish between setting up something like life insurance versus a random miscellaneous deduction.

“BI feature makes my job easier
Pros
The Business Intelligence feature is definitely my favorite aspect. Being able to pull whatever data gets requested in my role is helpful and makes my job much easier.
Cons
Our business practices don't always align with how this system operates and I really wish more components were customizable. The OE/LE functionality is particularly frustrating since I can't modify it the way I need to. We're constantly running audits and implementing manual workarounds to keep track of everything.
