We find it to be quite user-friendly and it worked well for everything we needed.
Cons
I don't have any complaints at all. It worked perfectly! I used this every single day at work and it never lets me down.

“love how simple it is to check my pay
Pros
I love how simple it is to check my pay, see all the categories and even break down the tax deductions.
Cons
Sometimes when I try to clock in, the system glitches and doesn't register it properly.

“combines HR, payroll, and talent perfectly
Pros
What stands out to me about UKG Pro is how it combines HR, payroll and talent management. It makes the whole process so much easier and more efficient, which is why I enjoy using it.
Cons
Honestly, there's not much to dislike about UKG Pro. But if I had to choose one thing, I'd say customer support could use some work. The response times are inconsistent.

“Best suited for large companies
Pros
I think the interface is clean and the integration with payroll and benefits management is strong.
Cons
I feel it's a little pricier compared to other similar software but it's definitely suited for large companies. With all its features, new users will need quite a bit of training.

“Great for Fast-Paced Operations
Pros
Whenever I submit a work ticket, they respond almost immediately, which lets me estimate how long resolving the issue will take and decide if I need to alert our Facilities team and other associates. Their quickness in responding really stands out to me!
Cons
We made the mistake of not purchasing their time clocks and because they weren't integrated we're now dealing with recurring ERP data transfer headaches, I'll admit that's our implementation error rather than a flaw in the software itself. If you decide to forgo their clocks, expect complications and frustration: we'll have IT and HRIS hopping on calls several times a week trying to troubleshoot mismatches between the ERP and this system. Buying their time clock would have avoided all of those persistent calls and saved us a lot of time and stress.

“Covers all the bases for HR management
Pros
It covers all the bases for HR management. Everything in one centralized platform.
Cons
Finding things in the subtitles can be tough sometimes. It's not the easiest to track down specific items.

“usefriendly if you've worked with other HRIS systems
Pros
Getting hang of it is not a big deal especially if you've worked with other HRIS systems before. Very simple and straightforward.
Cons
Reporting feature is a bit difficult to use at times. It takes a while to pull the data exactly how I want it but that could just be because I'm still getting used to the system.

“Great but support is slow
Pros
Interface is very interactive and the add-ons truly make workflows feel much smoother. The reporting tools do an excellent job letting me track exactly what I need and I appreciate that the various modules tie in smoothly with our existing systems.
Cons
In my experience, customer support can be slow to respond and it often takes quite a while for tickets to be processed.

“Helpful but hard to learn
Pros
I value support that doesn't stop at patching problems, the team actually trains our staff on how to use the system correctly so issues are less likely to recur. There's also a built-in messaging tool where my team can discuss shift swaps and share availability, which makes the automated scheduling much more reliable. They even run an annual conference where we meet peers from our field and pick up practical tips on getting the most out of the platform for our particular workflows.
Cons
Reporting, in my experience, feels like its own beast that's difficult to get a handle on and I find onboarding new team members to it even more challenging.

“Better stay away from it...
Pros
Honestly, there isn't much for me to say here. If you would like to have a suggestion I would say their org chart could use a little work.
Cons
UKG Pro is not intuitive at all for anyone whether you are an admin or a regular user. It is way too complicated, and the experience feels bumpy across the system, probably because of all the acquisitions they have made. On top of that, customer service is poor, and I found it way overpriced for what they offer.

“Definitely the best one available out there...
Pros
UKG is so simple and easy to use. And I really wish I had discovered it sooner because it has made my daily tasks so much easier.
Cons
It might seem a bit tircky to get the hang of at first, but once you learn how to use UKG, it is actually very helpful and beneficial.

“Delivers excellent results
Pros
What I like the most is that it is an all in one app. With its help I can access pay stubs, continuing education, benefits information and time-off balances, all from the dashboard. In short it is very easy to get to everything I need.
Cons
Honestly, I do not have any complaints about UKG Pro.

“Does the job but not easy to use
Pros
I can quickly view my pending time-off balance and submit leave requests, including clear, simple explanations that state why I need the time away.
Cons
The layout is honestly not easy at all and that frustrates me. They did add shortcuts eventually, but prior to that I would repeatedly lose my place while trying to use around.

“Good all-in-one tool
Pros
I really value having everything centralized, from onboarding new employees to handling their entire lifecycle right through to when they leave the organization.
Cons
That said, I've noticed there aren't many built-in integrations, although I can get around that by creating custom APIs.

“Starting my job was easy
Pros
the onboarding is very simple and clear. What I appreciate most is that it provides distinct features designed for varying levels of employee engagement, each person actually gets tools suited to their specific role. Having all those capabilities centralized in one place has boosted my workflow efficiency considerably.
Cons
I haven't come across any issues yet, I've been using this regularly for some time now and genuinely enjoy the whole experience!

“smart choice for daily use
Pros
It is very easy to get around, I always find everything about my employment centralized in one spot. Every couple of weeks I pull up my paystub to make sure there aren't any errors, and I can also go over my benefits details. Having the option to print check stubs is handy and I can locate my employee ID and job title quickly whenever I need them. The layout makes jumping between areas simple without feeling confused. When open enrollment came around, choosing my benefits through the system was way simpler than I expected.
Cons
I really can't think of any drawbacks or features I dislike about it.

“Good for pay but bad for finding things
Pros
Being able to view all my pay details and take care of my daily clock ins and outs from a single, convenient place is something I really value. The VPN protection also reassures me that my personal information stays secure and private.
Cons
I find it frustrating to have to switch between multiple portals just to look up insurance details, the company directory, or older resources. It would be far more convenient if everything were consolidated into a single central hub instead of being so spread out.
