Pros
As both a user and sometimes staff, I find the interface very simple to use which really aligns our everyday work.
Cons
I sometimes get frustrated moving between screens, I wish the app linked different views more interactively, so I could switch tasks faster.

The comprehensive employee lifecycle features in one platform lets us deliver consistent products and processes to staff across our 25 US locations. Everything gets managed centrally by our HR team, which makes coordination so much smoother.
Cons
Sometimes I feel like we've hit the limits of what this can do since we went with the standard setup initially and now we're wishing we had more room to customize things to fit our growing needs.

The interface is really user-friendly, which makes my daily tasks much smoother.
Cons
I'm not a fan of how the deduction section works. There's no quick way to see the amount or percentage at a glance. You end up having to scroll through the entire process just to check what an employee currently has set up.

The comprehensive integration completely changed how we handle talent management and HR processes. We're utilizing nearly every module available, which has really boosted our department's visibility and influence across the company.
Cons
The benefits module feels too centered around payroll when it should really focus more on what employees actually need.

Reporting features are incredibly efficient and I find the platform really simple to get the hang of.
Cons
Customer service is absolutely terrible. I have to submit a case for every single question or problem, which eats up so much time. When someone finally responds to my case, they usually can't help me or just pass me along to another person. The interface connections between UP and our benefit carriers are also a complete mess. They hardly function properly and our billing never matches what's in the system.

I appreciate how employees can easily access their own information and the BI reporting capabilities are really helpful for generating insights.
Cons
Configuration can be pretty challenging sometimes. The go-live team's response time wasn't great and they didn't keep us in the loop about setup timelines, which really set back our Benefits carriers and timekeeping implementation.

I like having direct SQL access to our tables, even though we pay extra for this feature. The web interface feels clean and user friendly.
Cons
The back office interface feels outdated and clunky. Honestly looks like it hasn't been updated since the 90s. Navigation is really frustrating. Everything should be web-based instead of this old system.

Really appreciate having everything in one place from hiring new employees all the way through their retirement. It's convenient not having to jump between different systems for HR tasks.
Cons
The BI reporting features are powerful but honestly, if you dont have someone dedicated to working with HRIS systems regularly, you'll probably find yourself confused most of the time since it's not something you use everyday.
