Saves me hours

Pros

I've relied on it for years at work and it's absolutely become a go-to for me. Everything I need is right in one place, from printing my W-2s to updating my home address and setting up direct deposit. It genuinely saves me a huge amount of time and makes managing work-related tasks so much simpler.

Cons

Entering schedules manually for hourly employees eats up a lot of time, I would love a saved-timecard template feature so I don't have to re-enter the same info. Also, the area where I look at benefits could use a redesign to be moreinteractive and user-friendly.

My hub for everything work

Pros

Having all my HR information centralized is something I really value, everything from sick and vacation balances to pay stubs, tax withholdings, and contact details is available in one place. I can access what I need myself without having to call a help desk or wait for HR to get back to me which is fantastic. Being able to update and change my information whenever necessary makes it so much more convenient. The direct deposit functionality works smoothly too, I can swap accounts anytime and the adjustments take effect immediately.

Cons

The one area that could use improvement is the real-time updating, it sometimes takes quite a while for my vacation or sick time to reflect after I've used it. I'm not completely sure whether that's an issue with the system itself or if I'm not using the process correctly but it can be frustrating when balances don't update right away.

Gets things done but lacking

Pros

I appreciate being able to tailor the homepage to highlight important updates and announcements. Navigation is simple and having timekeeping, benefits, and PTO all in one place simplifies my workflow significantly. This centralized setup is especially helpful because our company manages both salaried and hourly employees.

Cons

My team and I have been frustrated by the integration with other systems, it could be much better. We receive numerous complaints from staff about the slow clock in/out process, it drags down efficiency and disrupts workflows.

simple and efficient navigation

Pros

I really appreciate how simple it is to jump between tabs to find what I need. Switching to the HR view is easy too, which makes reviewing employee details much more efficient.

Cons

We still need to rely on UltiPro's back office for certain updates since not all features are supported here.

perfectly integrated for HR and payroll

Pros

Works perfectly for our HR and payroll teams. Everything integrates smoothly, which cuts down on manual work significantly.

Cons

Sometimes we've needed custom solutions to fit our specific requirements, which adds unexpected expenses that are tough to budget for as a non-profit. I really wish there was more built-in flexibility without the extra costs.

Useful tutorials

Pros

I really appreciate how simple it is. Moving between screens and tabs feels natural and whenever I'm unsure about something, the tutorial is right there to help me out.

Made the switch smoothly

Pros

the customer service has been phenomenal, they respond very quickly. Everyone involved was consistently warm and helpful throughout the entire implementation. Even though leaving behind the system we'd relied on for years felt difficult at first, the switch turned out to be much smoother than I expected and they supported us at every stage. I'm impressed by how focused they are on resolving issues promptly and closing cases correctly.

Cons

It's a bit frustrating that for deductions I have to backdate the setup instead of simply entering the effective date. Also, opening a new screen each time I set up employee deductions or benefits becomes monotonous when I'm handling many at once. On top of that, the pre-check report prints blank sheets between each page of actual data which ends up wasting a lot of paper.

Smooth operations with minor hiccups

Pros

I've found their customer service to be exceptional, when we made the switch I was primarily after stronger support and greater reliability because our former provider failed us on many fronts. From my first interaction with the sales rep through the activation process, every person we dealt with showed deep knowledge and treated us like valued customers. Even after three years I feel entirely comfortable picking up the phone, knowing I'll receive top-notch assistance and the payroll processing is dependable and runs without hiccups as well.

Cons

It would be great if the benefits section got some upgrades without forcing us to buy Benefits Prime, because I find several features there lacking for our needs. For example, being able to enter or schedule life events ahead of time rather than having to wait until they actually occur would save us time and prevent last-minute scrambling when changes are needed.

excellent dealership management solution

Pros

I'm honestly blown away by the breadth of capabilities It delivers, from Performance Management and Applicant Tracking to On-boarding and Open Enrollment, and I find the Document Acknowledgment functionality especially handy. The fact that I can reconfigure settings on the fly is another major plus since it allows me to tweak things whenever I need.

Cons

When I tried to configure Perception, the whole setup process felt bewildering and far from interactive. Although it seems like it could be a very useful capability, the layout and the way it's implemented were difficult for me to follow which left the experience quite frustrating.

not very user-friendly

Pros

I rely on this for work, mainly for submitting corporate documents.

Cons

The interface isn't very well laid out and I struggle with navigation. Since I don't use it frequently, my password always expires when I do need to access it, which is frustrating.

Needs more flexibility

Pros

Our HR team chose this platform for its scalability and what we thought would be superior reporting and API features.

Cons

The interface feels cluttered and confusing when you compare it to other options like Bamboo. Reporting capabilities fell short of what was promised. You're basically stuck with standard templates rather than custom options. While I'm sure the underlying system is robust, they really need to clean up the user experience and give us better reporting flexibility.

awsome Support for New Hire Data

Pros

Honestly, the customer support here stands out, they genuinely care about their clients and even assign each company a dedicated client director or technical advisor. I've been really impressed with how they manage conferences and keep the system running smoothly. We set up multiple PTO reports for managers and in my experience the reporting tools are some of the most powerful available. They're always rolling out new services like content management, expanded support, and more onboarding tools that have meaningfully improved our workflows and data security. It addresses a lot of management headaches well, allowing directors to run reviews right in the system while also tracking HR status updates. The onboarding flow has also become much more aligned lately, they resolved problems applicants had accessing the site from iCloud and certain email providers.

Cons

I do find the LOA status list somewhat restrictive, it only lets me change the status, dates and a few other predefined fields. Once everything is configured the tools run reliably but I experienced that getting the system installed and fully set up can be a little fiddly and requires patience.
