“Simple time tracking solution

Pros

The interface is really simple and easy to get around which I appreciate. If an issue pops up and I file a support ticket, HR usually gets back to me within a day and that quick turnaround is genuinely helpful. I also like that I can check my PTO balance whenever I want, it's convenient to have that info available at all times.

Cons

I find filling out timesheets fairly tedious because I have to log multiple blocks like 8-12, then 12-12:30 for lunch, and another segment for the rest of the day. If I fall behind on tracking time during the week, it ends up taking me around twenty minutes every Friday to enter everything and finally submit my hours.

Pros

I find this platform really simple to handle and everything I need is right there including W-2s, timesheets, pay stubs, you name it.

Cons

The mobile app really needs improvement. It's just not up to par with what I'd expect

I can easily keep track of my payroll and locate my paychecks whenever I need them. Making changes through the app is easy too.

I can't see my bonuses when I'm using the app for some reason.

The interface is clean and friendly. Response times to our requests have been great and the built-in functions have really organized our internal workflows.

I appreciate how easy this software is to navigate yet it handles even the most complex transactions without breaking a sweat.

Even when I'm unsure about something, their 800 number gets me connected to customer service pretty fast so I really can't think of any downsides.

It's great how user-friendly this system is for both background and front-end users. Being able to access it through either the website or mobile app is really convenient.

The reporting feels pretty outdated and could really use a refresh to keep up with other HR systems out there.

Its very simple keep track of my hours and vacation. Whenever I sign in, everything I need is right there and changing my personal details is simple. The layout is interactive, so I can quickly pull up all my employee benefits info without any stress or wasted time.

Cons

Since they rolled out the update, obtaining printed copies of my paystubs has become really frustrating, I can't find an easy way to download them anymore and it adds extra effort when I need physical records.

Pros

The software gets things accomplished when I need it to. While it handles the necessary tasks, scrolling through everything can be pretty confusing at times. Honestly, I find ADP more user-friendly overall.

The interface feels overwhelming and I find myself getting lost trying to locate basic features. The overall design could really use some improvement

When I need it, it gets the job done. It covers the essentials but I often find the layout and menus confusing and hard to use. To be honest, I find ADP much easier to use overall.

The interface is just too cluttered and I keep getting lost when I'm trying to find simple features, the entire design definitely needs a clearer structure and overall polish.

Hour codes aren't very clear. I'm never quite sure what each one represents when entering time.

I really appreciate how easy to use it is. The variety of modules available makes it easy for organizations to tailor everything to their specific requirements. The BI reporting functionality stands out as one of the strongest features.

The main issue I had was that accruals didn't sync in real time between utm and core systems.

Everything I need to know about an employee is readily available in one place which makes my job so much easier.

This system can be a bit overwhelming when you're first getting started and there are times when it feels like it could be more friendly for new users.

Having everything centralized is really convenient. The mobile app is great and I can pull up whatever I need no matter where I am.

Sometimes I struggle to locate what I need. Improved search indexing would make a huge difference.

It is very simple to get around and use. Nothing ever feels overly complex, I can find what I'm looking for without needing assistance. The layout is very approachable, and my whole team genuinely values how instinctive it feels.

Cons

Sometimes my browser cache becomes overloaded and I have to clear it before I can load the site correctly but that's truly the only small nuisance I've run into.

“Doesn't work properly outside US

Pros

The time off request feature is so simple and as an employee database it performs quite well. What I appreciate most is having my pay info, time off and documents all centralized in one convenient location.

Cons

The main issue is that while this works fine as an employee database for global companies, the payroll integration which should be the standout feature simply doesn't function properly outside the US. Despite their claims that it works internationally, we've had nothing but problems trying to use it across our offices in Asia and Latin America.

So easy to use and makes it simple to pull up payroll statements, direct deposit and W-2 forms when I need them.

Cons

I can't really find anything to complain about. It covers everything I need it to do.
