Pros
This platform is user-friendly for both administrators and employees. Navigation feels natural and training new team members on the self-service portal is not an issue since everything is so convenient to learn.
Cons
The Time & Attendance section is harder to navigate compared to the other features.

Pros
I find it user-friendly. Employees can jump right in without needing any time-consuming training sessions.
Cons

“Perfect for big, not small, teams

I really value that this acts as an all-in-one center handling everything from payroll and record-keeping to recruiting and overall employee administration. The internal portal is especially handy because my team can quickly check their benefits, tax withholdings and remaining vacation or sick-time balances. I'm impressed by the reporting tools, there are such many of report options that it almost seems endless. The recruitment tools work well and I appreciate being able to tailor rules and procedures to match how we operate.
Cons
My biggest complaint is with the recruiting module. Although it does what it's supposed to, managing requisitions and letting applicants create profiles to apply for vacancies, it's clearly aimed at much larger organizations. When my company is small and we don't have a steady flood of applicants, the system's complexity can be off-putting. In fact, I've noticed it can discourage people from applying because the process feels unnecessarily complicated for smaller-scale hiring.

Pros
My recruitment team depends on this system to keep document processing smooth when we bring new people on board. We use UltiPro Core as our primary employee database and it's the place I go to check anything HR-related. I also like that the vendor keeps improving the platform, you can see they're genuinely invested in providing the tools users need to do well. Requesting time off and managing leaves is very simple, and the platform integrates reliably with other software, for example, we run it alongside Tenrox PSA and haven't experienced problems.
Cons
Reporting is pretty complicated for our HR and payroll teams, it takes ages before anyone gets comfortable with it. I've also run into occasions where an integration fails outright and corrupts the data, so I end up spending a lot of extra time correcting errors and rerunning reports to make sure everything is accurate.

“An excellent, user-friendly ATS
Pros
I've found this system to be excellent for our company's needs. The ATS functionality really shines when you use it as designed and as someone in recruiting, I appreciate how simple they've made the interface. The user-friendly approach definitely shows in the overall experience.
Cons
The 2020 updates really hurt us. Switching from Recruitment to Recruiting means we only keep 3 years of candidate history now. Losing all that previous data isn't great when you're paying this much for the service.

Pros
The messaging system is fantastic. I get alerts and pop-ups for everything from time-off approvals to document signings. It's easy to use. When transferring between departments, there are persistent reminders to review and sign new policies, which keeps me on track with compliance requirements.
Cons
Sometimes I find the mobile app a bit restrictive in what I can accomplish, though the desktop version works wonderfully.

Pros
Having all our employee details in one spot is amazing. SSN, salary info, bonus data, employee IDs, manager assignments and department info are all there when you need them. Makes it super convenient to access everything with just a click.
Cons
Entering timesheets for hourly workers takes way too much time and feels really tedious. I really wish there was a 'duplicate' feature so I wouldn't have to manually type the same hours every single day. Since our staff has to take mandatory lunch breaks, that means making two separate entries each day, which gets old fast. Setting up PTO days isn't very easy either.

I really appreciate being able to customize the favorites menu to my liking. The interface feels clean and navigating between different pages is quick.
Cons
Document uploads are frustrating since you can't submit them directly from the pages where you need them. I always have to move back to the main documents section instead of uploading right from the payment page or wherever I'm working.
