Easy menu but tough to use

Pros

Submitting time off is really easy for me and keeping my schedule in order feels almost effortless. I also love how the menu tabs are laid out, everything is right where I'd expect it to be.

Cons

I find the time-off submission sorting fairly clumsy and digging through weekly hours is frustrating, you're forced to move week by week instead of quickly jumping around between dates. Also, when annual days are split across entries, I can't tell which hours originated from which specific source or request.

love the simplicity!

Pros

Finding what I need is convenient. The search functionality works great and navigating through different sections feels simple.

Cons

I wish it would notify me when there are overtime issues or payroll mistakes. Having to catch these manually is a real pain.

expensive and poorly scheduled for 24/7 operations

Pros

The recruiting and onboarding features keep everything running smoothly. All our processes flow together perfectly.

Cons

The pricing gets expensive, especially with all the monthly fees for different modules. The scheduler really doesnt work well for businesses like ours that operate around the clock.

Pros

Cons

Went paperless thanks to Ultipro

Pros

Having payroll data, employee details and benefits all in one centralized platform has made a huge difference. The move to paperless means everything is perfectly organized and instantly accessible when we need it.

Cons

The interface feels pretty basic and could definitely be more user-friendly. Sometimes I find myself wishing it was easier to navigate around.

Reporting mechanism can be better

Pros

I'm able to dig into specific payroll deductions to check how long someone's been enrolled in a particular benefit. The sorting by year feature is really handy for tracking benefit history over time.

Cons

The reporting features could use some improvement and I'm not entirely sure if it's related to how we manage employee records but there seems to be compatibility issues with our HRIS system that create headaches.

Pros

Can be tricky if you don't have an IT background

Pros

Having everything in one spot is fantastic and the integration with other programs works great.

Cons

Some features are pretty confusing when you don't have a coding or IT background, feels like alot of access stuff goes over my head.

Helps track job history and compensation

Pros

I am able to keep tabs on my compensation details and work history pretty easily, which comes in handy.

Cons

The top menu feels cramped and overwhelming. When I hover over it trying to reach my options, the screen frequently disappears on me.

Constantly changing passwords is a struggle

Pros

I really appreciate being able to handle direct deposit right through the site. It saves me from having to go elsewhere for payroll tasks.

Cons

Confusing Interface Design and Features

Pros

The direct deposit update interface stands out as one of the few simple features in this entire suite.

Cons

It feels confusing and hard to figure out, requesting time off is really clunky with way too many steps involved, you can't download several pay stubs at once as separate files and theres no simple overview showing how your pay breaks down like other products offer.

Too hard to get anything done

Pros

I find the direct deposit update interface to be one of the few genuinely simple features in this whole suite.

Cons

The navigation is confusing and hard to figure out, when I request time off the steps feel clunky and overly numerous, I can't download multiple pay stubs at once as separate files and I miss a simple breakdown that shows how my pay is composed like other products offer.

An incredibly comprehensive HR platform

Pros

This software our HR team rolled out is incredibly comprehensive. I can handle payroll, manage my time-off requests and sick days and access benefit details, training materials, and company updates, all in one convenient place.

Cons

The multifactor authentication gets really annoying since you have to go through it every single time you log in. I get that security is crucial these days with all the data breaches happening but it would be much better if MFA was only required for the initial setup and first login. After that, the system should recognize me and skip the extra authentication steps for future logins.

Can update my info myself!

Pros

I can easily access all my paystubs, direct deposit details, benefits information and tax deductions in one place. Being able to update this stuff myself instead of waiting for HR to handle it saves me so much time.

Cons

Nothing to complain about. This tool has been fantastic

easy to find everything quickly

Pros

It is so user friendly. I can quickly find everything about my team, check payment details and grab W-2s without any hassle.

Cons

I'm not a fan of how you can't reuse previous passwords. Also I wish the mobile app had all the same features as the desktop version does.

All-in-one but not helpful

Pros

Being able to manage everything from one platform is something I value. We use the recruiting, onboarding, HR core, payroll and time tracking modules. The reporting tools are also very thorough.

Cons

I find the Time Management (UTM) feature very difficult and it genuinely fails to meet the needs of healthcare settings. The recruiting module irritates me as well because it won't synchronize with Indeed and we can't tailor it to our particular industry requirements.
