“One place for all my info
Pros
Having everything consolidated in one place is fantastic with a single login I can reach all my benefit information. I also value being able to pull up past records, that feature has helped me a lot. After eight years at the company, I can quickly view my full payment history without sifting through stacks of paper at home.
Cons
Sometimes I have to click through several screens just to get to the page I need which can be annoying. The interface also sometimes lands on the wrong menu at first, and that throws me off. I know our employer controls the login screen, but I would appreciate an option to customize it myself that small flexibility would improve the experience.

“everthinggg at one place
Pros
I really appreciate that all my core HR features, timesheets, pay stubs and requests for time off are centralized in a single place because it simplifies so many tasks and saves me time.
Cons
When I'm trying to knock out tasks quickly, the app occasionally takes longer than I'd like to load, and that slowdown really frustrates me.

“user friendly but not dated
Pros
Centralizing everything in a single HRIS has made my work a lot simpler. I find the layout quite user-friendly and I didn't need much training to get comfortable with it.
Cons
The ATS seems behind the times compared to other tools I've tried. When I'm dealing with large volumes of hiring it just isn't up to the task. I also find the reporting features are fairly weak and going through candidate profiles takes way longer than it should.

“Excellent payroll and time tracking solution
Pros
I've found this fantastic for tracking employee time off and handling payroll tasks quickly and accurately.
Cons
On mobile the app feels lacking. I end up using the desktop site to access all the features I need because the mobile version doesn't offer full functionality

“Easy but logs out fast
Pros
the interface is really user friendly even as someone who's never used it before, I was able to work out how to use everything pretty quickly on my own.
Cons
Being logged out after just a minute of inactivity drives me nuts because I have to keep logging back in constantly.

Cons

Pros
I'm impressed with the way it lays out our company's structure and takes care of payroll details, being able to quickly check my PTO balance from the same place is really handy and saves time.
Cons
If I could change one thing, I'd want it to include medical insurance tracking similar to what a few other platforms offer that way I could handle everything in a single, more convenient location.

“Our team learned it fast
Pros
Picking up this HR system was so easy, honestly it's probably the most intuitive platform I've used to date. My whole team got the hang of it quickly and everyone consistently says it's very easy and user-friendly to use.
Cons
Every so often I have to reset security levels more than once which can be a bit annoying, but in my view it's a small drawback compared to all the advantages.

“Disappointing Experience!
Pros
I'm really impressed with how the interface has been dressed up in our company colors and logos, it genuinely feels tailored to us. What I especially value is that my team can take care of everything themselves: submit time-off requests, update personal details, change tax withholdings, enroll in benefits and log or edit time entries. Having all of those pieces in one central spot has been very convenient for our daily operations.
Cons
Honestly, I don't like that the payroll is marketed as "self managed" when we weren't prepared to run a whole workflow beyond simple data entry. Since implementation we've been forced to double-check that files actually exit the system, confirm they reach our bank and make sure ACH payments are processed and disbursed. Outsourcing tax "Payment Services" has been another pain point, we expected monthly tax payments but they keep going out quarterly and arrive late. They sold us a "Recruiting and Onboarding" module that still isn't live. Although they reimbursed the invoicing, I've had to renew our old platform twice at roughly four times the cost and retain extra people to perform manual entries that were supposed to be automated. The Training function, it turns out, is run by an external vendor (Schoox) and the supposed "direct feed" is one-way, names flow into the training system but don't come back out to reflect new hires or terminations. Similarly, the Performance module is a third-party plug-in that's awkward and counter-intuitive, and getting meaningful use out of it has been a struggle. Provisioning EDI feeds to benefit carriers takes ages, the most recent update from their contact was basically "oops, my bad." They do build highly customizable solutions and their payroll support is strong but what was pitched as a 90-day integration dragged on to 120 days and caused more headaches than fixes.

“Fantastic tool with no mobile app
Pros
The navigation is easy to follow and I rely on it to perform reliably every time. What stands out to me is being able to access paystubs and W-2s whenever necessary and updating my information is both fast and easy.
Cons
Not being able to use the mobile app is really annoying for me, because it would be ideal for moments when I'm away from my computer or need to look something up quickly while I'm out.

“Decent but has room to grow

I really like that everything is consolidated in a single place, payroll, employment records, vacation requests and approvals are all accessible together. The email alerts are particularly useful for keeping me informed and ensuring I don't miss anything.
Cons
When dealing with the time-off request feature, I faced several really annoying issues that made the process frustrating. After I sent a request there was no option to withdraw or cancel it, which caused me a lot of inconvenience. On top of that, editing a request created a cancelled entry of the previous version in the history, so it became unnecessarily messy and complicated to track and manage my time off.

“Excellent Solution
Pros
We rolled out the system far more smoothly and much quicker than we had anticipated. The suite of services lined up perfectly with what we needed to achieve our talent management goals, and integration across modules worked without any noticeable hiccups. During the final demos everyone in our focus groups picked UltiPro. I also like that new functionality appears almost every week which keeps things fresh. Self-service options cover nearly all transactions, so both managers and employees can take care of their own tasks independently. That empowerment has helped our team maintain accurate employee records and the recruiting and onboarding tools are excellent.
Cons
I do think the time and attendance features need to be more tightly woven into job-change workflows and include better future-dating options so changes don't break retro calculations. Also, the password rules feel excessively strict, even as someone reasonably tech-savvy I find them annoying. It's oddly inconsistent because the demo videos use passwords that wouldn't meet those same standards, which struck me as ironic. I wish there was a clearer, simpler approach to security that balanced protection with usability, because right now it feels like overkill for everyday users.

Pros
Locating my pay stubs and W-2 details is so simple with this platform. Its filing and organizational tools make it quick to pull up any paperwork, which saves me a ton of time whenever I need important documents.
Cons
Logging into the system is often a headache. I've experienced access issues repeatedly and usually end up relying on workaround links just to sign in. When I call customer service they're helpful but having to contact them so often to get things fixed is really frustrating.

Since we switched over, tracking payroll details and managing employee PTO has been exceptionally smooth for our team, it takes care of both functions reliably and keeps all of our records tidy and accessible without creating extra work for anyone on our side.
Cons
