“Great HR Solution
Pros
I find the interface very friendly, when I'm looking at an employee's profile there's a convenient sidebar called "Items I can do" that's been a lifesaver as I get used to the platform. The reporting tools for payroll and employee data are excellent, giving me exactly the details I need. What I appreciate most is how smooth the onboarding experience is for both new hires and managers. Everything can be signed electronically, updating required forms is simple and I can easily track where each new hire stands with their paperwork completion at any time.
Cons
Not getting reliable notifications when employees submit life events for approval has been really frustrating. You'd think adding a simple email alert to let administrators know there's something waiting for approval would be an easy fix, but in my experience those alerts either don't arrive consistently or fail altogether.

“Easy but messy online
Pros
I find it's easy to get around everything without any training, the layout is clear and interactive. Pulling up my timesheets, pay stubs and tax documents takes no effort at all.
Cons
I think the web version is needlessly complex and feels crowded, it's not as user-friendly as I'd like. Even though it accomplishes tasks, everything feels jammed together.

Using it is pretty simple to use most of the time and that simplicity helps me get things done. When I need help, customer service usually gets back to me fairly quickly.
Cons

Pros
It is very user friendly system, you can dive in right away without any formal training. Being able to view my pay stub a day early feels really convenient. Entering vacation or sick time and tracking hours is very simple. The mobile access has been a game-changer since I don't always start my workday at the office, so being able to clock in from anywhere with internet on my phone has been very helpful.
Cons
The mobile version isn't quite as polished as the desktop experience, I definitely find it more reliable on a computer. There's this odd glitch where I can punch in via the browser but the actual app won't let me which feels a bit strange. Still, to be honest these are fairly minor annoyances and they don't really bother me all that much.

It is very easy to monitor my team's timesheets and handle vacation requests , keeping an eye on PTO balances is also simple too.
Cons
Whenever I put in a time-off request, it instantly subtracts from my PTO balance rather than holding off until I've actually used the days.

how quickly this HR manager operates, moving between sections is fluid and fast. Its daily task tracking is reliable and sending documents up is simple. The employee reports update on their own which frees up a huge amount of my time.
Cons
I like having the mobile app, but its layout and configuration feel unfinished, I'm faceing several persistent bugs that the team should prioritize fixing soon.

Honestly, the AI features in It are outstanding, they make dealing with day-to-day HR tasks noticeably quicker and much more smooth. Over time I've come to depend on it for nearly all our routine workflows because the tools are clearly aimed at simplifying those processes. It's turned into an indispensable part of keeping our operations moving smoothly and finishing tasks more efficiently.
Cons
That said, the built-in templates feel too basic considering what I'm paying for the service. With the price and reputation attached to this product, I was expecting far more refined and detailed templates across the board. The payroll templates in particular need significant improvement, they are so stripped down that I've repeatedly had to manually adjust them just to get them to work for our team. Adding more felxible features would make the cost feel much more justified.

I'm really glad I can reach this from anywhere, whether I'm sitting at my desk or checking things on the mobile app. The layout stays clean and efficient so using it is easy and I hardly ever face crashes, performance has been solid and consistent.
Cons
My main con is the password reset policy, it won't let me reuse any of my previous passwords which becomes frustrating when I can't remember my login details. Apart from that annoyance, I find everything else works smoothly and the app runs very efficiently in my experience.

The training modules walk you through each step, laying out exactly what needs to be done so there's no confusion. Cons
Every so often the links start to feel repetitive and there are multiple training or development options listed where only one actually works as expected. That setup can be confusing and forces a bit of trial and error before you land on the correct path. It's a fairly minor annoyance that doesn't bother me a great deal but it could definitely be tidied up for a smoother experience.
