“good tool so far

Pros

It is very easy to use for submitting payroll, requesting time off and keeping track of my accrued hours. Handling HR forms has gotten a lot more aligned and I find the whole interface interactive to move through.

Cons

On my phone the mobile app is really hard to use and often feels clunky whenever I'm trying to complete tasks quickly while I'm out and about, which slows me down.

“Helped us work better

Pros

Since we started using their onboarding, we've become almost completely paperless and I can add new hires into the system well before their official start dates. Open enrollment runs smoothly because effective dating correctly carries benefit changes through. Mobile access is excellent for both employees and admins to view information and approve requests and Cognos Analytics gives me powerful reporting with reliable scheduling and automation features.

Cons

After being a customer for more than 10 years, we've built up quite a few custom workarounds to fill gaps in functionality. The tricky part is that when those capabilities finally show up natively, it can be really difficult to undo all of our customizations and switch over. Still, I appreciate that they continue to roll out new features.

“One system for all our work

Pros

For us, having one HCM platform that functions across every country we enter has been absolutely fantastic.

Cons

I think the time-tracking and scheduling tools desperately need a complete revamp, everything runs slowly and the user interface feels stuck in the early 2000s like a product that never really got beyond a beta phase.

“Aligns daily workflow efficiently

Pros

UI is amazinggggg and it helps me cut down on a huge amount of time for my everyday tasks.

Cons

One downside is that I can't attach or jot down notes anywhere and occasionally the app takes a really long time to load.

“awsome tool with interactive design

Pros

I absolutely value the interactive conferences they run, they're such an effective way for me to explore the software's features more deeply. Their customer service impresses me and I especially rely on the chat option because it lets me talk to a live agent without having to pick up the phone.

Cons

Sometimes it can be difficult to get hold of support, and I've found myself waiting several minutes just to connect with someone through live chat. Also, when I open support cases they don't always respond promptly which ends up being really frustrating for me.

“Easy from day one

Pros

I found the layout unbelievably easy to use and I could jump in right away without any training or prior experience.

Cons

Sometimes I wish there were more ways to customize things without having to pay extra and on occasion new updates introduce unexpected glitches that break my workflow.

It is handy to have all employee information gathered in one spot,wage records, performance evaluations and uploaded documents are housed together in a single centralized area which really simplifies how I manage staff data.

Cons

Sometimes I don't get the email alerts for pending approvals consistently, and when they fail to arrive it leads to unnecessary holdups.

Pros

Having everything I need consolidated in one spot has been amazing. My W-2s, pay stubs, and other employment documents are all kept digitally, which has made staying organized so much simpler. I've also used this platform at other employers and in my experience it really improves communication across the whole team.

Cons

It will crash out of nowhere or suddenly prevent me from accessing certain features, something that works fine one day can be unavailable the next.

Pros

It brings nearly everything together in one convenient place and that's been incredibly helpful to my workflow.

Cons

In my experience the system seems pretty stable, although I believe that's largely because of the particular version we're currently using.

Using it is really simple for me and the pay statements appear in a clean, easy-to-read layout that doesn't swamp me with extra, unnecessary details.

Cons

I find the interface fairly static and it doesn't really invite users to engage, it offers little in the way of tools to help people actively interact with the various parts of their payroll information.

I find the layout really simple and easy to use, it's not flashy but it reliably does what I need it to.

the design comes across as dated and I think the whole user experience needs updating to match modern expectations.

I can manage my timesheet, look up vacation balances and even update my tax information all from a single, convenient place.

Cons

Unfortunately, I can't update my direct deposit settings.

“Convenient tool but app is limited

Pros

Finding my way around is so simple, and having everything located in a single place is incredibly handy. I can view my 401(k) information and update personal details like my address or health coverage without switching between multiple systems which saves me a ton of time.

Cons

It annoys me that I can't view my schedule or punch in/out on the mobile app. however, I suspect those capabilities are blocked by my employer for the app version, so the limitation might not be the app itself.

It was really easy to learn and to move around in , it didn't take very long before I felt at ease using it.

I find it can become quite challenging when I'm not very confident with technology.

I really like that the features are so comprehensive and that everything integrates so smoothly.

the reporting felt kind of limited , I needed much more flexibility and customization for our reports.

Honestly, I can't really name any significant flaws, everything runs smoothly and figuring out how to manage the team has been simple and interactive for me.

I am really impressed that the dashboard lays the features I use most right within reach , it makes moving around the app feel a lot more smooth and smooth.

I've found several parts of the app to be clumsy and not very easy to operate. The goals area drives me nuts , its layout is hard to follow and I can't tell at a glance what's going on. It gets tiring having to keep checking the instructions just to do simple tasks.

I really like that everything HR-related is consolidated in one spot, payroll records, benefits details, the employee handbook and even a way to track my career progress over time. It's handy to be able to watch promotions, salary increases and handle time-off requests without jumping between different systems, having all of that accessible from the same platform saves me a lot of effort.

Cons

Personally, I find the interface to be quite dated and the text is much too small to read comfortably. The yearly calendar with color-coded time off is useful but almost everything else feels tiny and the icons look like they belong to an older era. I get frustrated navigating unless I already know exactly where things live and I wish there were a simple walkthrough or tutorial for new users like me.

At the different locations I work in my company, it keeps my paychecks separate, making tracking especially convenient for me.

Honestly, using it is confusing and I run into technical problems more often than acceptable.

the BI tool offers a ton of reporting choices and lets me build custom reports exactly the way I need them.

I find the different sections feel siloed and don't really communicate with each other. I'd much rather see recruiting, onboarding and the core features unified in a single place instead of having to jump between areas.
