Has what I need

Pros

I am able to track my hours and pull up company information , it's got everything I need all in one place.

Cons

the home screen's layout could be clearer , it does the job but I wish it was more interactive and user-friendly.

Works but a nightmare

Pros

At a basic level the app does what I need it to, after a bit of trial and error I can pull up HR documents and locate benefit details without too much hassle. It covers the essentials like submitting time-off requests, checking the employee handbook, and viewing my most recent pay stub with minimal fuss. I also really like the ability to bookmark specific pages which lets me tailor the menu to match how I actually use the system day to day.

Cons

Using the app feels hard overall and the interface comes across as poorly thought-out. The search tool is frustratingly unreliable whenever I try to look something up. Time entry is especially bad for hourly employees, honestly it's the most aggravating system I've used compared to other platforms. Setting goals is unnecessarily complex and overcomplicated. On top of that, login problems are a constant annoyance, if my session times out, the very next login attempt often fails for no clear reason.

Very good but not great

Pros

What I really value is how adaptable the product's customization options are and I've found the HR/Payroll tools to be extremely thorough and feature-rich.

Cons

I find dealing with customer service can be pretty frustrating at times.

An almost perfect payroll system

Pros

Its very easy to create reports and the customer support team has been outstanding and very responsive whenever I've needed assistance.

Cons

I don't have many complaints about this payroll system, the truth is it delivers excellent performance in virtually every area so there really isn't much of a downside to point out.

simple to use

Pros

We find the platform very interactive and loaded with dependable features. Our managers are huge fans of the self-service tools and employees have quickly taken to updating their own records , things like home addresses, emergency contacts, direct deposit setup and tax withholding elections. It's really empowered everyone to take charge of their personal data.

Cons

I find handling PTO requests awkward because we ended up creating two separate employee role types. Then when managers go to apply pay adjustments, it's hard to know which role pathway to follow since the two behave differently so processing salary changes becomes unnecessarily confusing and error-prone.

Very easy, made us paperless

Pros

Its very easy to use and efficient in daily use. It has significantly simplified our HR responsibilities and enabled us to eliminate paper altogether. The recruiting and onboarding capabilities have greatly sped up and organized our hiring workflow, converting what used to be paper-based processes into completely digital ones.

Cons

time management tools are less interactive than I'd prefer, although I've heard the planned Workforce Management update is supposed to improve usability and make those features much more simple and user-friendly.

Best customer support

Pros

their support team is the finest I have come across , they consistently go out of their way to offer real help.

Cons

Sometimes the time it takes for support to respond is uneven , although most issues are sorted out quite quickly, I do experience moments when I find myself waiting longer than I'd prefer for a fix to arrive.

They listen and improve

Pros

I really like that the team continuously improves the software based on actual user requests. When our group asked for address verification, they took it onboard and implemented it. Now the system auto-populates county and tax jurisdiction details which has cut down the data-entry burden and saved us a huge amount of time.

Cons

Reporting has been the thing that frustrates me most, even though the recent Business Intelligence upgrades have improved the situation. I'd welcome more smooth reporting tools because we frequently need ad-hoc reports with little notice. Being able to spin up or retrieve reports fast, while feeling confident the numbers are accurate, would make a big difference.

easy to learn with old reports

Pros

I picked up this system quickly and found it pretty easy to get around. The learning curve felt quite gentle, even though I only had the chance to explore a few of the modules. I wouldn't mind using it again in the future.

Cons

the Query Studio interface feels somewhat dated and isn't very smooth to navigate. When I used the platform they were still running an older Cognos release, though I don't know whether they've upgraded it since then.

easy to use but broken on phone

Pros

I find the interface very interactive and easy to use which makes my everyday tasks feel smooth. Moving around the app seems instinctive and I finish things fast without difficulty.

Cons

Sadly the mobile web login is totally broken , I've been forced to install the app because there's no way for me to get into my account via a browser on my phone.

easy to use, check pay late

Pros

The interface feels really friendly and simple to me. Because of the quick-access buttons, I can easily reach the essential information I need without having to hunt around.

Cons

I can't view pay statements until the payment has actually been processed and completed, which is frustrating when I want to confirm details earlier.

Interactive but has compatibility issues

Pros

I find the interface very easy to use and adjusting settings or customizing layouts is alos very simple. There's a huge amount of functionality built in, and I really appreciate how polished the whole product looks. The design feels thoughtful, I can manage complex workflows without getting disoriented which makes it easier to align teams across the company. It's simple to use, yet still delivers the robust features we actually rely on.

Cons

The time-off request workflow could definitely be improved, it asks for far too many granular details and the form/template feels cluttered. I'd like to see much stronger reporting options for company-wide metrics, workforce performance and tracking our goals. Also, from what I can tell there isn't an API for our internal tools to read or write data and adding one would greatly help integrate and automate key processes across teams.

Pros

I really like how clear and simple everything is, having every record,time logs, financial info and more, all in one spot has made my workflow a lot smoother and more efficient.

Cons

To me, the interface comes across as unnecessarily complicated and could benefit from a major simplification. The frequent, system-wide changes make it more difficult to get around than it ought to be.

Simple and User-Friendly Navigation

Pros

it's really simple to use and retrieve details from previous pay periods without any issue whatsoever.

Cons

Very full of features but costs more

Pros

Its packed with amazing features. Between the benefits management tools and the LMS functions, it truly provides a complete solution that fits our needs.

Cons

being met with 'that'll cost extra' responses over and over , it's seriously frustrating. I get that it's a SaaS product but the sales reps should have done a far better job during the initial qualifying conversations while we were rolling this out.

Great central information hub

Pros

Thankfully, it lets me manage every single aspect of my professional career and my company's details in one place.

Cons

I am frustrated by the document upload tool because it doesn't offer any sharing options and on top of that several other features routinely fail to behave the way I expect them to.

easy to see everything

Pros

Cons

Reports are great but onboards poorly

Pros

I'm really impressed with the reporting , any field in the system can be pulled into a report. Because the platform is so configurable, I'm able to add custom fields to meet our specific reporting needs. Having every employee's information consolidated in a single place saves me a huge amount of time.

Cons

My main con is that the onboarding module doesn't integrate cleanly with Core , when new hires complete their forms, that information doesn't transfer into their employee records. For example, I-9 details just sit in the onboarding area and don't sync over correctly.

Simple and office friendly

Pros

I find the interface really simple and smooth , I can find my way around all the different sections without any issue at all.

Cons

What annoys me is when the timesheet opens in a separate window instead of staying in the same tab.

Finds info fast

Pros
