“Friendly and User-Focused Platform
Pros
Its incredibly helpful that team members can log into the portal and update their own details , it cuts down on a huge amount of my administrative tasks.
Cons
The reporting side feels overly complicated and I struggle with how hard it is to build useful reports.

“Very easyyy to learn
Pros
I managed to get comfortable with the system very quickly , the learning curve felt almost nonexistent. The layout of the interface suits me well and putting together reports is really simple. I can retrieve every piece of data I need without faceing any problems.
Cons
Dealing with the security rules is a pain , being required to swap passwords every three months and re-answer security questions makes things feel unnecessarily complex. I really wish they'd simplify the whole process.

Pros
The layout feels fresh and uncluttered so using it comes across as very approachable. I really like that it guides candidates through onboarding one step at a time , there's no guesswork about the next move. email and browser alerts keep everyone informed about where they are in the workflow, which significantly reduces those 'what's my status?' messages landing in recruiters' inboxes.
Cons
Past the initial setup the UI starts to feel a bit dull, I wish it used more color to make navigation easier. Also, the main dashboard overwhelms me because too much text and modules are jammed together , I find it far too cluttered for my taste.

I'm finding it very user-friendly and easy to use. Plus, I love that we can tailor every setting to fit my company's particular needs.
Cons
The manual data entry becomes really tedious because the benefits module doesn't sync with payroll so I'm always entering updates myself every time an employee changes their coverage.

the reporting capabilities are absolutely phenomenal. I can pull from hundreds of ready-made reports and tweak them and I also have the freedom to create entirely tailored reports for our company's unique needs. It genuinely feels like endless reporting options are available.
Cons
I wish I could directly get into some of the backend tools instead of having to file tickets and wait for the support team to take care of them. Many of these are simple actions but our service tier forces us to route backend changes through technical support. Fortunately, the support staff replies quickly and fixes issues promptly.

Their customer support has been incredibly reliable , I can reach out via cases, live chat or phone without jumping through hoops. What really stands out to me is that they actually pay attention to user feedback and roll our suggestions into updates through a voting process. Because of that, the platform keeps improving and my team's day-to-day gets easier. When we require something tailored to our workflows, their customization group takes on projects to shape the system to fit what our organization specifically needs.
Cons
I've run into frustrating issues with syncing between Core and UTM , it's caused me headaches because the connection doesn't always behave consistently or run smoothly and that can disrupt workflows until it's fixed.

Pros
the interface feels very interactive and makes getting around super easy. I really like how the various modules integrate , everything seems simple and connected. What stood out most to me is that the company keeps up with industry trends and pivots quickly when needed, which I find impressive.
Cons
I'm frustrated by how little freedom there is to customize fields and pages , it's pretty restrictive. When newer modules are released, the cost to enable them feels unreasonably high and sometimes it's even more than what newcomers are charged. Also there's no way to add features just for a single company entity which is really annoying.

“Very good tools but slow help
Pros
I genuinely value how flexible everything is and having all the tools packaged together makes my work far less complicated. The back-office functions sync nicely with the web portal and I find the live chat feature especially useful for keeping ongoing contact with customers.
Cons
customer support is so slow to reply and the back-office dashboard looks old and doesn't offer many configuration choices.

I like how simple the interface is to get around. My team keeps every employee's personal details in it and we use it to manage the daily clock-ins and clock-outs. Because I don't work much on the computer, I don't interact with it constantly but we also route food orders straight to the kitchen using the platform.
Cons
There's not much I can complain about, the tool works well for us. The only downside is occasional updates they push through which sometimes throw off our routine and feel a little disruptive. Still, despite those intermittent changes, the system continues to serve our team's needs reliably.

What stands out to me most is that the team keeps innovating and refining their product so it stays ahead of the competition.
Cons
This year I've been disappointed with customer support , replies take longer to arrive and feel far more formulaic than they used to. They were previously much more proactive in helping but lately it seems like I'm just receiving canned, generic responses instead of anything tailored.

I appreciate that I can print live checks straight from PDF files right here at the office without issues.
Cons
What I can't do is track when deduction amounts were last changed or view their prior values. Coming from other payroll platforms, I sorely miss having that transaction history, those systems showed the exact date ranges each change applied to and provided a full audit trail of every adjustment.

One thing I really appreciate is how it handles local minimum wage calculations when tip credit scenarios come into play, making those math details much easier to manage.
Cons
I am frustrated that the PTO accrual feature is basically non-existent and it's especially aggravating that the software doesn't stay on top of regulatory compliance , I only find out about issues after they've already become problems.

“very user friendly solution
Pros
Getting started was very easy, thanks to an interface that makes onboarding simple even without much training. I especially appreciate being able to pick exactly which fields show up on each screen , that level of control lets me tailor what teammates see. The org chart is also handy for mapping out our company hierarchy visually. Overall this feels like a simple setup with excellent visibility controls that save time.
Cons
I am annoyed that supervisors have to be assigned to particular people instead of to roles so every time someone moves on or switches jobs I must go in and update the assignments manually. It also drives me nuts that I can't bulk-print several payslips for the same employee , I'm stuck opening each pay statement one at a time. On top of that, the automation doesn't validate dates correctly, if autopay is turned on for someone who is marked active, they'll be paid even before their official start date arrives.

“One hub, but tax is slow

Having everything tucked into a single system is amazing, Recruiting, Onboarding, HR, Benefits, Payroll and Time Management are all reachable with one login. Most mornings I toggle between Super Admin and Payroll Admin roles depending on what needs doing. It's simple to find what I'm looking for because the Quick Tours and Tips are always there, so I don't have to wander through menus to figure things out. What really impresses me is the Rapid Response team, they know their stuff and hustle to fix problems quickly. I also appreciate that they follow up thoroughly afterward.
Cons
The tax support takes longer than I'd like to close out issues, and I've noticed some of the reconciliation reports could be better aligning credits and debits to our bank records gets complicated without clearer line-item detail. Also, the customer service portal is annoying to use because when I open attachments on a case it snaps me back to the top instead of keeping the view inside that case. The instant check workflow is another headache; you have to kick off payroll, add the check and then reverse those steps in case an employee makes a change that would impact the following run. I'd really like payroll registers that display both period and year-to-date figures side by side.
