“Perfect but pricey
Pros
the interface is very interactive, so moving around the app feels simple. I value the broad set of features that covers all the things I need. Whenever I've contacted support they've been very helpful. We also have alot of customization choices to shape the product to our particular workflows. The data integration and reporting tools operate reliably and those connection options tie in nicely with our other platforms. Being able to access it on my phone is handy when I'm not at my desk.
Cons
When I first tried to set everything up it felt quite complicated and the pricing is something I definitely take into account before committing.

“A lot to learn, worth it

I've found that handling payroll, staffing and scheduling through one centralized platform has been a huge convenience for our HR work. The tools for tracking performance let me monitor the team efficiently and the all-in-one integration stops us from having to switch between several systems.

This tool has completely reshaped the way my team handles timekeeping and payroll, and the difference is night and day. Pros
Having every HR capability consolidated in a single system is something I truly value, payroll, talent management, onboarding, workforce planning, and analytics all work together without friction. Because it's cloud-based, I can access it from anywhere and its workforce management tools have made our workflows much more efficient. The training and learning components are also very thorough.

When I run into urgent problems, waiting on the rapid line has been really aggravating, I typically end up waiting two to three days just to get a callback. Even more discouraging is the pace at which paid service requests are processed, despite being a paying customer, I often see turnaround times stretch way beyond what seems reasonable. I believe those who pay for support deserve quicker responses, ideally within a week or two maximum, rather than the prolonged delays we've been experiencing.

Using it, I feel the whole experience is excellent, the interface is clean and very interactive. Navigating around is easy and I was able to teach my team how to use it without any trouble.
Cons
I've run into surprise charges for various modules that really threw me off. Many of the tools that initially drew us to this service end up requiring extra paid add-ons, which gets expensive.

In my company, It really molds to the way we run things. We've managed to encode our organizational structure and workflows directly into the system which lets everything operate naturally. The security controls are strong as well, I can grant different permission levels to individual users based on their specific duties. Setup took a fairly long time but at this point the software is integrated into almost all of our daily activities. Our HR team depends on it constantly throughout the day.
Cons
Getting help from support has been frustrating for me because it's difficult to reach anyone by phone, and on top of that I've run into several intermittent bugs that end up slowing down our work and require time-consuming troubleshooting.

I like the BI reporting features, they work great and are very felxible, although there are a few restrictions when I try to build fully custom reports.
Cons
Honestly the implementation team felt like they were just going through the motions instead of actually delivering results. My experience involved persistent missed deadlines, our GLI was scheduled to be completed by January 1st, yet they didn't even open the file we submitted until late December and that only happened after I repeatedly asked for status updates. Now it's mid-February and we're only finally closing out the GL. It seemed like nobody took ownership or showed urgency for our project, which I found very frustrating and disappointing.
