“Does a lot, a little clunky
Pros
I was really impressed by the features. As a cloud-based platform, it covers everything from human capital management and talent development to performance tracking, benefits admin, recruiting, learning modules and payroll processing.
Cons
Navigation can feel somewhat clunky and occasionally confusing to use. Apart from that, everything meets my expectations.

It is very easy to use and the pricing undercuts most competitors I've compared it to. I especially love that it ingests data in real time, that functionality serves my needs really well.
Cons

“Easy for admins and staff
Pros
I feel the admin dashboard is very easy to move around and my coworkers manage to learn it fast. Whenever we've needed assistance, customer support has replied remarkably quickly and they usually resolve our queries promptly.
Cons
So far, I haven't run into any significant problems or shortcomings with It.

“Useful but clunky
Pros
I've found it loaded with handy features and fairly easy to pick up.
Cons
The initial setup ended up being more complicated than I expected and the dashboard doesn't feel asinteractive as I thought it would. It also requires too many clicks before I can get to the exact features or requirements I need.

the reporting capabilities, they're outstanding and both day-to-day users and administrators say the interface is very interactive. Most modules on offer work very well and I value that this tool continuously invests in enhancements and genuinely takes customer feedback on board.
Cons
The compensation module feels quite unwieldy for how our company operates, managers can usually work around it but when I try to configure and set it up as an admin, it becomes a real nightmare. The time-management tools also fall short of our needs, and I'm hoping the 2020 Kronos merger translates into meaningful fixes and enhancements in these specific areas.

There is no major difference.The new app we switched to is practically the same as the old one.
Cons
I'm disappointed with the lack of direct support from the company. Everything was fine until they "upgraded" to the "pro" version. I tried to create a new password since mine expired, but the system doesn't recognize my current one, which is necessary to make a new password. The new app also runs much slower compared to the old one. I don't understand why they even changed apps when they had the same setup before.

“UKG Pro does everything you need, if you put in the effort.
Pros
I can say that UKG pro is one of the most cost-efficient HCM solution that offers a wide range of features and allows for customization. It doesn't require a dedicated engineer to administer, and with some creativity, you can do interesting things with it. The options for connecting with other systems and leveraging HR data are fantastic, providing plenty of choices for integration.
Cons
There are a few areas that I find lacking, particularly the user interface. The UI feels outdated and quite overwhelming, especially for someone like me who doesn't use it frequently. Another frustrating experience is when I am about to implementing a new feature or module, only to discover that there are many limitations. For example, HR Service Delivery doesn't update the Core database, resulting in dual entry issues which is incredibly frustrating for me.

“Great customer involvement and appreciation
Pros
The support and relationship management team at UKG are exceptional. Even when things aren't going perfectly, we always feel supported.
Cons
The only downside I have with UKG right now is the constant handoff from one representative to another in their support structure. While I appreciate all the representatives, the frequent changes can be a bit too much for my liking.

“UKG Pro The Way to Go?
Pros
We decided to switch to UKG because they offered a more robust payroll and timekeeping system, especially with their UKG Workforce/Dimensions that provided the scheduling functionality we needed.
Cons
The basic functionality of the system is relatively easy to understand, but once you move beyond that, things become complex and require extensive training through UKG University or trial and error. Some of their documentation is outdated, and it's evident that certain parts of the system were developed quickly without proper quality control. For instance, there are fields that can only be accessed in the edit view, which is inconvenient. Support is helpful, but they can be slow for nonurgent matters. Additionally our smaller bank doesn't integrate well with UKG, causing some issues.

Our company favors UKG Pro because it is a comprehensive product that handles everything from hiring and paying employees to goalsetting, reviews, learning opportunities, and more. Having all employee information in a single software is convenient.
Cons
It would be great if UKG Pro had a process in place to automatically update certain information on specific dates, such as allocations and local tax changes. We live in Indiana, where local taxes are withheld as of January 1st. However, when employees move to a different county and submit a new tax form, the request has to be held until the end of the year. We also have labor allocations that are only valid for a certain timeframe and require manual updates.

I appreciate the cost effectiveness, range of modules, integrations with other systems, visual appeal, ease of use, security platform, user interface experience, global support and the overall organization provided by UKG.
Cons
At the time, we wanted to use their Ulti Time Mgmt for timesheets, but they were phasing out that module, so we had no choice but to switch to their Ulti Time and Attendance module. Besides that minor hiccup, there's nothing else I dislike about UKG Pro.

“A Great Combination of EHS and HR Functions

UKG Pro is a comprehensive solution that provides all the EHS information and data I need for my reports. I can access employee profiles, generate reports on monthly working hours, and set department goals within the same application.
Cons
Sometimes, I face limitations with the application due to my internet browser. Loading pages or waiting for them to load sometimes leads to issues or getting kicked out.

“The best system for anyone!
Pros
I absolutely loved using UKG Pro. It is incredibly user friendly and seamless. Logging in and clocking in and out is a breeze. The system's interface is appealing and makes clocking in and out quick and easy. I particularly love how simple it is to request time off, and the system provides all the necessary information, including easy access to pay stubs.
Cons
I genuinely have nothing negative to say about UKG Pro I just wish my company still utilized it.
