User friendly but very slow

Pros

This tool has made the recruitment process so much easier and the pricing is really fair. I can easily track all my consultant data in one spot. The attendance feature works perfectly and I love that I can access it on my mobile too. Customer support has been awesome every time I've needed help and the integration was smooth with no issues at all.

Cons

It can be really slow when rolling out new features and honestly, it feels sluggish compared to other options. The implementation takes way longer than it should & it's pretty frustrating.

Simple Payroll & Attendance Solution

Pros

Marking attendance is very easy and the geofencing feature is super smart at capturing accurate location data.

Cons

Wallet HR tends to be very slow when I try to clock in or mark attendance but that might be my internet's issue not the software itself.

Smooth Implementation with Minor Hurdles

Pros

The interface is very interactive even new team members can jump in without needing much training. What I love is how customizable it is so we can adjust everything to fit our specific needs. The dashboard is clean and simple but it still lets us integrate various HR functions smoothly. It's so nice to work with something that doesn't overcomplicate things.

Cons

Setting up directly with ESSL machines sometimes leads to data loss and when the machine goes offline, the HR system sends automatic attendance alerts to employees which can get really annoying.
