“simple benefits management platform”
Pros
Bringing content in as a service and connecting benefits administration with retirement through direct contribution tools has been a big advantage for our company. It adapts well as our needs change and delivers the most complete solution I've come across in the market.
Cons
The missing piece right now is a mobile app. I've heard one is on the way but I'd like our employees to have that access already.

“Centralized HR hub”
Pros
It brings our talent, benefits, culture and rewards together in one immersive HR space, so employees can go to a single place for just about everything they need. Access to transactional partner and provider systems is available on demand which makes the overall experience much more connected and convenient.
Cons
I don't like that there is so little you can do to make your page look polished or visually appealing.

“Excellent HCM and payroll experience”
Pros
Since January 2019, I've been working with them and my overall experience with both the company and the software has been very positive. It has been a reliable partner in risk administration as well as HR services especially across HCM, payroll, pensions and benefits. The system is user-friendly and the interface is simple enough that even beginners can learn it without much trouble.
Cons
One limitation for us is that there isn't much flexibility when it comes to customizing how the page looks. We also work with compensation and benefits plans and the system does not allow one candidate's information to be overwritten to another.
