Efficient and easy to use

Pros

I really appreciate how this gives me a complete workforce management solution that I can access from anywhere. The time and attendance tracking works smoothly and scheduling different types of employees is simple. The labor forecasting feature helps me plan ahead effectively and managing absences and leave requests has become much simpler. It's been a solid choice for handling our HR management needs.

Cons

Sometimes the software goes down and when that happens, you cant really do anything or get any work done.

Excellent Interface & Usability

Pros

The interface is really user friendly and I find myself going through everything without any issue, the overall experience has been smooth and enjoyable.

Cons

The reporting functionality needs improvement and we're still wainting for TOR approvals to be available on mobile devices.

Great demo experience with promising features

Pros

Communication features make it really easy to connect with our field staff who aren't always at a computer.

Cons

We got to see the demo but since we just rolled out the classic mobile version, switching to Suite would mean changing our whole process again.
