“free plan covers it all
Pros
The free version already includes everything I need. On top of that the team behind the app is responsive, understanding and quick to help whenever I run into any issue.
Cons
Honestly I would have pointed to the limitations but after looking into other apps that do the same thing in such a simple way, I couldn't really find a better alternative.

“Great volunteer organizing tool
Pros
As a small nonprofit the free plan gives us everything we need and then some. This has been a huge help when it comes to organizing our volunteer base and the platform feels very accessible and simple to use.
Cons
There are only a few minor things I'd improve like making the messaging feature faster and adding reactions to messages. A polling module would also be really useful.

Pros
Scheduling staff and volunteers is very easy in this platform and it keeps things organized well. One thing that really should be changed though is that being able to see who is assigned to tasks should not require Administrator access.
Cons
The app is pretty slow to open which gets frustrating. Also when someone replies in a message thread you're already viewing, the new response does not appear right away so you have to back out to the main Messages section to see it.
