Zenefits serves as a comprehensive solution for most of our HR needs. However, I did encounter some difficulties with the payroll and accounting aspects, which left room for human error. Nevertheless, the system has numerous advantages and very few disadvantages. It's remarkably user friendly, suitable for people of all ages. The staff was always warm and helpful, answering the countless questions I had.

The lack of integration with QuickBooks is a drawback. However, I don't believe this is solely Zenefits' fault but rather QuickBooks refusing to work with any integration partners, including Zenefits.

Reaching a live person via chat takes an excessive amount of time. Previously, this feature was convenient for resolving issues promptly. However, now it takes 23 business days to receive a response via email.

Consequently, we decided to terminate our association, but Zenefits is retaining all our employee records and denying access, making it difficult for our employees who didn't receive these records prior to termination. The implementation process was also extremely painful and lacked the support they had promised.

This software truly covers everything you need as an employee, from benefits and pay stubs to tax information and time tracking. Switching from When I Work to Zenefits was seamless. I appreciate the way it deducts lunch breaks from total work hours, sends alerts when pay stubs are ready, and allows filling out important documents right from your phone.

I can't find any downsides to this software; it's great. It's a fantastic tool for keeping everything organized in one place and avoiding employee confusion.

Everything!! The implementation was a complete nightmare! The team I collaborated with provided minimal assistance in implementing their product. I had to cancel before completing the implementation as I had lost all confidence in the software's ability to handle our entire HRIS with the necessary support and care.
