This software truly encompasses everything you need. It allows you to access your benefits, pay stubs, tax information, and even serves as a time clock. Since transitioning from When I Work, we now utilize Zenefits for all our needs. I appreciate that it deducts lunch breaks from the total hours worked in a day, providing clarity on the hours that will appear on our paycheck. I receive alerts when my pay stub is ready, and I can complete essential documents right from my phone. It's a fantastic software.

Cons

I can't think of any drawbacks to this software; I believe it is excellent. It serves as a valuable tool for businesses by consolidating all information in one place, eliminating employee confusion from having to search multiple sources for their data.

Managing payroll for nearly 300 employees can be quite challenging, but Zenefits makes it a breeze with its user friendly software. Inputting and uploading all the necessary information is effortless. I love that it automatically calculates deductions, contributions, taxes, and keeps track of adjustments after every pay run. Additionally, the "full service" option they offer for handling our unemployment insurance, including out of state cases, is wonderful.
