Pros

You can see the first results very quickly. Process recording can also be used to test the application after system maintenance and upgrades which means the documentation that was created gets reviewed and updated at the same time.

Cons

In highly regulated industries such as finance, the fact that it supports only one database system has turned out to be a minor limitation.
