Impressive user adoption gains

Pros

We compared several options and we needed something that could help users get more out of our web platform and clearly understand everything the tool could do. None of the other products really checked all the boxes for us specially cause we needed a solution that was simple to implement without relying on the systems team for configuration. this one had us fully up and running in literally one day. We now use it across all of our web platforms and it has made a noticeable impact on user adoption and overall satisfaction, while also cutting down the number of support tickets related to questions about how to use the system. Definitely recommended.

Cons

I have not run into any downsides with this solution. It covers everything we needed it to do and the support team has been outstanding. Whenever questions came up, they were always available and helped us resolve them right away.

faster rollouts

Pros

Across several departments, we use it for different purposes mainly to teach employees how to work with software. Getting new hires started on our internal tools used to be difficult because we relied on outdated handbooks and user manuals, while webinars and both offline and online training still weren't very effective. Every time we introduced new software, we had to create fresh training materials and it often took months before everyone fully understood how to use it. The software changed that for us by helping us roll out new systems and features much faster and create user training in just a few clicks. It's an extremely effective solution for enterprise software and I'd definitely recommend it.

Design customization options are somewhat limited although the vendor can help address that.
