The reporting options are very diverse and the dashboard gives me a clear view of what's working well and what needs attention. I really appreciate how customizable everything is to fit our specific industry needs.
Cons
The cart feature on this platform is very restrictive when it comes to design options and marketing capabilities. It's frustrating because you're kind of forced to use it if you want access to the main analytics benefits.
