“great for non-tech users”
Pros
The team always takes on even the toughest tasks without hesitation. Honestly, I'm not very tech-savvy but every staff member has really gone above and beyond to support me. They've scheduled regular check-ins and provided thorough training which has made a huge difference in how well our employees are performing.
Cons
Tracking down campaign results for students can get tricky when I'm not sure which register they used for testing. It's very frustrating and causes unnecessary headaches when I'm trying to find the data.

“Meets all our needs”
Pros
I really appreciate the great service quality, the competitive pricing that gives us amazing value and the flexibility to add as many users as we want without any restrictions. It's been a game-changer.
Cons
The reporting feature sometimes makes me export data instead of just working with it directly in the platform. That said, the team is really open to feedback and constantly works on improving things.
