I find using the platform extremely simple. Even without having team members with advanced tech skills, I can design and configure content easily. The UX is excellent, participants find it simple and gamification effectively boosts engagement. Cons
At the beginning, I noticed it didn't integrate SCORM content but now that feature is available and it makes a big difference.
