“Powerful all in one coaching platform”

Pros

There's a lot packed into this software and that's exactly what makes it stand out to me! It's one of the most full- eatured platforms I've come across for running a coaching or training business and it includes several capabilities I haven't seen bundled together elsewhere. I can manage one on one coaching, group workshops events and webinars using the built in Zoom integration. It also includes community tools like chat groups they call 'chat circles' both for individual events and broader discussions which means I don't have to spin up separate WhatsApp or Facebook groups anymore. Another useful piece is the ability to create landing pages for upcoming events. I'm not actively using that yet since most of my marketing still happens through email but it's something I expect to lean on more as the business grows. On the backend it integrates with Stripe and includes a built in scheduler similar to Calendly so students can book themselves into sessions without extra back and forth. One of the biggest reasons I chose it is the room to scale. At the moment I'm operating solo but I can add other instructors later as the business expands. That long term flexibility matters a lot because I really don't want to switch systems in the middle of growth. A couple of the less obvious but still valuable features are the content library which stores course materials and bookmarks for use in classes and the "Generate AI" tool where you enter a topic and it surfaces relevant third party articles and resources. That's been helpful for pulling in outside material for courses :)

Cons

The biggest frustration is definitely the interface. It can be confusing to figure out some features seem to overlap and it's not always clear where to find what you need. A few labels also don't do a good job of describing what the feature actually does. For instance the "Generate AI" tool sounds like it would create content with generative AI but in reality it just pulls in third party articles. That naming is pretty misleading.
