“Great tool for training and learning

Pros

We are an HR software provider but we also needed a platform to handle training and learning. We chose Traineasy with LMS-X because it's user friendly and simple to set up. I can easily import staff, assign courses and track progress with smart dashboards that also recommend useful video content. Our admin says no special skills are required, reports are detailed and we could even brand the platform with our own visuals. We liked it so much that we integrated it with our own system.

Cons

This tool has focused more on the compliance side of training which is great but I think adding video messaging for virtual instructor would make it even better.

“Interactive features with great interface

Pros

It brings together the best of a traditional LMS and a modern LXP. The interface feels fresh and engaging, with great video and interactive features. I found it flexible, easy to use and backed by excellent customer service which makes it worth the investment.

Cons

Reports and analytics work fine for me but they could be more detailed. Stronger integration with third party tools and closer links between surveys and certifications would also help.

“Useful for staff training

Pros

Since it's web based, training can be done anywhere with an internet connection. Staff complete training at home or even before starting work which has been very useful for junior doctors and locums. The system saves travel time, reduces training costs and frees up more time for patient care. It also allows us to create custom eLearning for specific groups, track compliance and generate customized reports that meet our organizational needs.

Cons

Classroom features work well but still need improvements to fully meet NHS requirements.
