NoRedInk includes grammar practice and writing assignments across more than 10 writing styles, including narrative, persuasive, and literary analysis. For English learners specifically, the curriculum includes prompts and standards alignment tied to WIDA, AZELLA, and TELPAS, among other EL frameworks. For younger students in grades 4 and 5, the Opinion Guided Essay program provides step-by-step support to help them organize and write opinion essays.

Every exercise, writing prompt, and diagnostic in NoRedInk can be filtered by the specific standard or test it maps to, including Common Core, TEKS, SOL, and state-specific framework. It also covers major assessments like the SAT, ACT, AP English Language exam, and NWEA MAP, so teachers building toward a specific test can search by that target directly instead of guessing which content applies.

NoRedInk’s AI-powered grading assistant helps teachers evaluate argumentative and literary analysis essays by generating scores and feedback.
