I love how Customer-Focused Blue Sky is!

Pros

Blue Sky offers an abundance of remarkable features, and they continuously add more based on user input, including mine. Our clients absolutely love the Teams feature for tracking training progress. Earlier this year, I submitted a ticket requesting additional rights for team managers, and Blue Sky promptly implemented the change. I feel heard and valued as they cater to my needs and the needs of my customers. The monthly webinars are also a favorite of mine, allowing me to stay updated on new features and ask any questions I may have.

We haven't encountered any cons in our use of the software.

LMS that is easy to manage

Pros

The LMS is incredibly user-friendly both on the back-end and for our learners. Creating courses is a simple process, and the Single Sign-On feature makes it convenient for learners to access content effortlessly.

Cons

Reporting options could be improved, but overall we are satisfied with how we currently use it.
