“Helpful platform for language upskilling”

Pros

It has been a really valuable way for us to help customers build their spoken and written English so they have a better chance of accessing the job market. The dashboard gives you practical tools to manage everything efficiently, whether that's adding, removing or transferring lessons for individual students. It also makes it simple to check each learner's level, track their progress over time and spot where someone may need extra support.

Cons

The only downside is the updated lesson structure, where with our current budget there are only four lessons available per month. That said, if one student does not use all of their lessons, those can still be reassigned before the end of the month to another student who is actively engaging and would benefit from additional sessions.

“Clean layout and responsive support”

Pros

Managing multiple learners and tutors in one place has been one of the best parts of using this platform. The layout is clean and user-friendly so scheduling lessons and keeping track of sessions feels very simple. Another big plus is the support team, they reply quickly and are always willing to help whenever questions or issues come up. On top of that, the wide selection of tutors makes it possible to match each learner with someone who fits their specific needs which makes the overall experience feel much more personalized.

Cons

A feature that would really improve the platform is admin notifications for credits that are still unbooked especially near the end of the month. Without that, it's too easy for unused credits to slip by unnoticed. It would also be very helpful to have a more structured way for tutors to share feedback or evaluations on student progress. That kind of visibility would make it easier to measure outcomes and support continuous improvement.

“Tidy interface”

Pros

Right from the start, the interface felt simple to handle and we could clearly see our employees improving while using it. The built-in employee activity dashboard was also very helpful for monitoring engagement and tracking usage.

Cons

Getting everyone onboarded was a bit difficult because many of the users we enrolled spoke very little English. We also ran into problems with tutors cancelling scheduled classes without any notice. It would be much better if periodic CEFR assessments were included as well so progress could be tracked more consistently.
