Overview
Proact centralizes EHS planning, training, audits, and incident reporting in one platform for mid-sized teams. Some users note that finding forms later depends on consistent title naming. However, support responds quickly when help is needed. Still, flexible forms and strong document compliance features stand out.

Proact Features
EHS Planning And Compliance
Proact provides a compliance-centric planning workspace where requirements are identified, assigned, and tracked against an organization’s safety plan. Centralizing obligations reduces ad hoc spreadsheets and supports clear ownership across locations, which helps teams prioritize corrective actions and demonstrate progress during audits.
Learning Management System And Retraining
The built in learning management system delivers courses, assigns retraining on cadence, and tracks completion against OSHA-related requirements. Teams can develop lessons with media, issue quizzes, and automate recurring training so supervisors see who is current and who needs follow up.
Forms And Inspections Builder
A configurable forms module lets safety managers design audits, inspections, permits, and surveys that match internal processes. Assignments, completion, and storage are handled digitally, which removes paper handling and allows program owners to standardize questions, capture photos, and analyze results across departments.
Incident And Corrective Action Management
Events can be recorded with cause analysis, reporting, and linked corrective actions, then tied back to the safety plan. Consolidating incidents and follow ups in one system improves traceability, speeds closure, and provides a clearer story for leadership or regulators when reviewing trends.
Mobile App And Analytics
Native iOS and Android apps let field staff log observations, inspections, and incidents in real time. Managers can monitor trends and act without waiting for paperwork, enabling faster mitigation and better visibility into site conditions across shifts and locations. These Proact features make it easier for teams to ensure consistent reporting and accountability across all sites.
