From the theme to the overall user experience, everything has been impressive. The support from the entire team, including the company leaders I worked with, has been outstanding. Pros
Impressed... running the platform was quick even for a large rollout to more than 50,000 advisors. Creating interactive content is simple, the portal was launched without needing extra training and the gamification element has gone down really well with the sales team because they enjoy the competitive side of it. It also connected with our other internal systems without much effort which made the whole implementation even better.
Cons
I'd just like to see a few more reporting options that could help me understand learner behavior in more detail.
