Meets our business needs

Pros

Right from the start, it has been very user-friendly, highly flexible and a strong fit for our business needs. The Management Dashboard gives a clear and helpful snapshot of our trainees' progress which makes tracking performance much easier. The training content is engaging, interactive and professionally produced so it keeps people interested while still feeling polished. On top of that, their customer service and support have been excellent and consistently responsive whenever we've needed help.

Cons

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. Any time we've worked with the team, they've been quick to respond and attentive to what we needed.

Most user-friendly LMS out there

Pros

Managing users is incredibly simple with it. We've used quite a few different LMS platforms and this one stands out as the most user-friendly across the board.

Cons

The support has been excellent so far and the team is always quick to respond whenever questions come up. The only thing I'd love to see is a bigger library of support articles.

Pros

It has been tailored to fit our business which is exactly the approach we decided to take. The team has been incredibly supportive and always available whenever we need technical help or advice. Our retail sales staff have responded really well to the product and the feedback from both managers and customers makes it clear that the Red Seed platform has improved the customer experience we're able to deliver.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any real downside at this point. It has been a worthwhile investment and we're excited to keep exploring the product further.
